Nasus Nasus is one of the weakest early lvl champions. so your job here is ikportand. try to avoid jungler's gang who will gonna help nasus farm. and just poke nasus and ring him out.
Sion you are fast enough to avoid his Q and you got enough dmg to eliminate his W thats all he is an easy target.
Dr. Mundo in early lvl he got regen but you got much more dmg than him. if you fight under the creeps he will miss all his q so you can fight him without any fear. (his only dmg in early lvl is Q) you got enought shield to protect yourself from his W
Shen once he charge you charge him too. you got much more dmg. probably.
Wukong he got early high dmg but he cant escape after he charges you. then after his E-Q you shield yourself with W and counter attack him. (a pink ward will be importand in some cases)
Malphite nothing importandn in early lvl he got only more speed than you and some poke dmg. some pots and your pushing creeps will make him loose alot of farm and mana. care of jungler combo.

Why This Build? (intro)

Many times you player rumble in a hard game with enemies with HIGH MR and escape like, trynda-ez-jax-lee etc... rumble was good damage dealer and could change a whole teamfight. but what happens if his ulti fails or if there is an ongoing teamfight with enemies got shen,janna,soraka?. this build will help Rumble to fight back enemies with high attack speed or even make fed enemies fear him even adc like ez,vayne,cait,tristana. he is a bit more tanky than usual builds but much less ap.
my point here is to makea rumble fighting back enemies with high hp regen or lifesteal.
tryed it 5-7 times and decided that Rumble is a champion that can be played in each game defferently. tanky-ap-ad he got everything he needs to fight any meele fed champion with 150MR++

Why teleport and not ignite?

Rumble is always a weak champion in early. what i mean? he got good dmg but in my opinion top laners need teleport and especially rumble becouse 1 item can change his whole laning phase.

Is he almost useless in teamfights?

NO. rumble will still taking out the enemies 1/3 1/2 hp with every succesfull ulty. maybe not like the old one that he would loose the enemies 2/3 hp but now even if the ulti fails or used somewhere else. rumble can still be a dangerous enemy.

why Overcharged Power?

Overcharge is his passive. rumble with this build when he overcharges he deals around 150 magick dmg per autohit. that means that now rumbles overcharged skill (passive) is really importand and sometimes much more fun and succesfull. so you wont fear using his skills to overchage him. becouse in the overcharge time rumble will deal around 300MagicDMG per autohit.

rumble will deal around 60% less dmg with skills 50% with ulti but overcharge (passive) skill will do instead of 400dmg per 1.5 seconds, 600-800 dmg per second almost 100% more dmg and autohits becoming importand aswell. while rumble getting a bit tanky.

the rest 3 items?

lich bane + abysal + zohnians will tripple(200%) the autohit dmg of rumble and almost dubble(75%) the skills-ulti dmg, but will make him 60% less tanky. so he wont be able to fight meele that easy. except if you got too much stun,easy enemies,shen,soraka or janna in your team
