The whole idea to this build is to have high DPS with crazy burst and shred potential. ---- You want to start Q so that you have an easier time farming first wave. It will Auto reset, so auto attack first minion, Q second, auto attack third. You run W second for the harass. Since you can shoot it right through minions, you can W then auto if your Q is minion blocked. Lastly get E and things get really tasty. If the time is right, you W and instantly E into positioning to not have your Q minion blocked. Then a quick auto Q auto and you have chunked the enemy hard. Now you have 3 stacks of your passive, plus lethal tempo (which also procs from your Q) so your attack speed will be through the roof and you can shred away the rest of their HP with your auto attacks. If you have level 6 you would do the same thing but start with R for even more burst and attack speed from your passive. So full combo is R-W-E-AUTO-Q-AUTO-AUTO-AUTO etc. You will absolutely shred in lane, and with the Crit/high dmg/attack speed absolutely hard carry no matter who you come up against.
