Hi this is Rush. I play mostly Support Soraka , Alistar and Jungle Xin Zhao , which are the most easiest roles for early summoners with less pressure. I have recently started playing Ekko and having success and fun playing this champion. I will keep updating this as I progress. Please comment on anything you need to know so that I can share my experience. Have fun on the Rift.

Before we go on to discuss the items, lets look at why we are building Devourer + On-hit items + Attack speed on Ekko. First of all, Ekko is termed as Assassin or Fighter. Ekko's abilities does not rank well with building AP compared to other mages with insane AP ratios. Only his ultimate (R does very good amount of damage with a 1.3 AP ratio with long cool down. His other abilities does mediocre damage.

Our aim to make use of Ekko's passive and his passive in his W ability . In addition, more magic damage on hit from items which will be proced twice every third hit because of the Devouer.

-- We are getting this item to enhance our dueling capabilities. Furor upgrade will help you to stick to the target.

-- Skirmisher's Sabre helps you to 1 vs 1 an enemy champion by reducing their damage done by 20%. This is very useful because our goal is to play Ekko as an assassin. On the other hand, Devourer is is a good item on Ekko to enhance his attack speed to get most out of his passive on W ability , which deals 5% + 0.02xAP damage to targets below 30% health. This is very useful when you have more attack speed. You can even delete a full tanky enemy champion. If you can get your devourer sated by at least 20 minutes mark, you will do insane amount of damage. Sated Devourer also help you to do more damage and on-hit effects with the following items

-- Very nice item on Ekko with lots of AD + AP + AS.

-- This item has on-hit effects, AP and CDR

-- On-Hit effect and HP

-- HP and Damage + Passive will improve your stickiness to the target
