Hey! So I was wondering what I should buy on my 1st back. Should I immediately get tiamat or get 2 dorans blades?

2x Doran's Blade is 900g, Tiamat is 1325g.
If you can't buy a full Tiamat, or don't want to push your lane yet, go for more Doran's.
Generally, if you are even in lane, go for upto 3x Doran's Blade, if you have these just start building Tiamat components.
If behind you can even build 4, and possibly one of them could be a Doran's Shield if you are vs. a Poke or DoT champion.

If you back with 700g+ with 2x Doran's Blade in your bag, build Tiamat components if you want to push, or build more Doran's if behind or don't want to push. If you are very far ahead, but still don't want to push, you can even start building Serrated Dirk after getting your 2x Doran's Blade, as you can still change your mind after, since both build from 2x Long Sword.

Sorry for the late answer, hope it is still useful.

Hey nice guide, man I rly like it! Have you tried taking some other secondary runes options? Like futures market+cosmic insight?

Thank you!

So i have thought about Future's Market, which could be really nice to have actually, however the inspiration tree just doesn't have that many other great runes. And Cosmic Insight is not really that great for Rengar since he is not that CDR reliant (atleast with this build), and he is not reliant on Summoner spells either, (unless you maybe take Teleport).

So maybe magical footwear can be a thing, bonus ms and you get free boots so this+futures market can make you have ur items super fast

Disgusting. Absolutely sickening. Why in the WORLD would you teach people how to oneshot. I cannot believe you'd pass on this hidden knowledge after all the warnings Rito gave you.

Seriously though, nice guide on Rengar, the beast with more kills than weapons, hope you make more like these in the future. Have a nice day!

Hey Sukay, I really like your guide but I need to make a question
Why do you use Hail of Blades on Rengar? Shouldn't he use eletrocute or even dark harvest?

I could probably explain this better but essentially, the extra attackspeed you get from HoB applies as soon as you jump, and while you are jumping your next autoattack (after the jump auto attack) is starting, and gets completed WHILE jumping. Because of this, each time you jump from far range (almost always) you do 2 auto attacks dmg instead of 1. This extra auto does more dmg that Electrocute. So as HoB has lower CD, gives extra stuff because of attack speed on 2 more autos aswell, it's worth to take over electrocute, since in almost every scenario you would proc electrocute, you would also proc HoB.

Hope this answers your question :)

Hi there!

Your guide is really complete when it comes down to knowing how to proceed during different situations on the game. One thing that I think it's pretty unnecessary is keeping info about old Q usage, as it'll pretty much never return (unless Riot is crazy).

Anyway great guide, it has a great potential, see ya!

I have thought about that too, and i do agree that it doesn't make sense, i guess i just kept it for nostalgic value. I don't want to confuse people, so i will remove it promptly, thanks for the comment!

- I just added another paragraph to the laning section, since you seem intrested :)

Hey Sukay,

This is a really nice guide you have here, i personally really like it. It is great for new players looking to play Rengar

Although your chapter section could use some work to look even better then it is currently, this guide will help you with fixing those chapters! :)
