Introduction
This build focuses on the fact that draven is a very aggressive champion and that he can destroy most melee champions 1v1. This build will only work if you get an advantage in the beginning so don't be scared to give a kill if you get one as well, but be sure to kill someone before you die, as your adoration stacks get halved when you die so you'll lose a lot of gold.
The build is extremely good if you get an early advantage, but if you fail to do so most likely you will end up feeding more than your noob Azir mid-laner and you might end up being flamed and reported by your team for "feeding intentionally" you might even go in a corner and cry for a few hours, but if you get that early advantage 1-2 kills and good CS you'll hear your teammates applauding and cheering you, screaming "DRAVEN, DRAVEN, DRAVEN!". Basically you or get fed or you feed.
If you want to be more aggressive early on and you think you can tower dive the enemy top-laner and get a kill it's better to put your level 2 point into Blood Rush as it gives you permanent speed if you keep catching the axes and the power spike will surprise most top-laners esspecially as they don't usually lane against a Draven. But if the enemy top-laner has extremely good mobility (Jax jump, Garen silence, Nautilus hook, etc) it's better to take Stand Aside as it counters most of these and even slows the target so you can even punish them.
