Skill Sequence

You want to start with your W, Jack in the box, because this helps early farm with the fear and damage it offers. It will tank your jungle monsters for you a bit. Next is your E, Twin Shiv Poison, your E offers a damage ability to quicken your jungle clear and gank potential because of it's slow (which is also why you max it). Last is your Q, when you hit level 3 and unlock your Q, Deceive, you are now able to efficiently gank. Max your E first for higher damage and longer slows. This will offer you the most damage potential on enemy champions. Next to max is your Q. When you max your Q next, the cooldown will heavily shorten, meaning you can use an invisible flash every less than 10 seconds :P. The crit you get from this ability is also helpful on ganks. Last to max (besides ult (R)) is W, the Jack in the box. W is not as important as the others, but is good as a ward or to fear enemies chasing you.

Creeping / Jungling

Always start at gromp and blue. At around 0:56, place 2 Jack in the boxes where gromp is going to spawn, after those, place two in the bush by blue. After you smite and take the gromp, move to the blue buff and kite the blue into the bush so it is feared and attacked by the boxes. When you have blue buff, get wolves and travel to red where your smite should be back up. You can smite red to get a chunk of HP back and get raptors after. TIP: If you see your enemy jungler has 1 buff, go to their other one before they can and take it to put them further behind. At level 3/4, your gank potential is fairly good. The next section is a small guide on ganking as Shaco.

Ganking

Ganking as Shaco is very good if you play it correctly. If your gank victim is pushed up far into your team's turret, walk behind them in the middle or sides of the lane and place a box, that way, when they try to retreat, they run into a box and are feared. Use your E to slow them and Q to close the gap between you whilst they are running away. If you have your ultimate, your R ability, you can use it and use the clone to tank tower while you tower dive the victim.
