I have always admired Azir but never been good enough to play him fluently, but I began to play after the new rune system dropped. I have seen many guides and builds for Azir, but many people like to play him very passive, but early game he can shred lane and poke very easily and at level 3 can easily escape nearly any problem with a W, E, then Q combo (Unless he gets a high CC opponent). If you play very aggressive early you can easily secure a quick kill here and there and snowball. If you play passive he is only effective late game and can't really do all that much when it comes to attacking opponents in Team fights except for his CC Ult followed by several soldiers hitting low health champs. If you play aggressive you can bully lane early and win lane, and roam at level 6.
