Singed is a very mobile champion, very strong, Very broken. Generally, unless a team has a lot of hard crowd control and high burst damage, there is no way to stop a singed player that gets ahead in the game. Singed is the type of champion you can be a level or two behind have 4 dark seals, boots and a corrupting potion, and you are basically at a full build for the mid portion of a game. The art of enticing people to chase you, make it look like you are in a bad situation, harass the enemies jungler to pull the mid and top laner out of lane, is a very detailed and complex one and this champion is so strong because of its ability to apply pressure to the map, and also because of how much effort it takes to be killed. The simple ability to proxy farm so effectively means that it is very hard to lose your lane especially because of your high wave clear and difficulty of being killed. People highly under estimate that if a jungle has to use his clear speed and his exp and presence on the map only in the top lane to deal with singed proxying, it opens up a far easier game for everyone else with far less threat of ganks. One thing to not about singed is that playing mid lane is actually a highly viable option as verse many weak Ap mages early game singed cant be fought or traded with unless under ones own tower. Singed has very fast wave clear which can cause the enemy laner to lose farm if you constantly shove the wave, and push them into tower, this also allows singed to roam, and if singed can flip anyone in the bot lane they are more than likely going to die. In low Elo Mid lane singed is actually unstoppable. But Back to what I was talking about before, singed has a very un realized effect in that when 2 or three enemy players are trying to catch singed his team has free reign on map objectives, If there is a situation where an inhibitor is down and baron is up, Singed can break from his team and potentially end the game or take both nexus turrets as generally speaking singed cannot be taken out in a 1v1 situation and can easily clear the minions without fighting. So generally one of the main benefits of singed is that he has to be respected in all situations if a team leaves their base singed can easily play within it and proxy all 3 waves of minions and even kill players in their own base if singed is fed enough.
