Introduction
Hey guys! Im Chochobob and this is my second guide here on Mobafire. This is my personal


I LOVE playing

In this guide, I give you my top lane build and teach you have to play him as well.
As a suggestion, do not copy my build forever, even once you get good. Try to mix it up and see what works better for you!

I chose these masteries so we get a mix of ability power and defense, which is what

In Offense:
-
Mental Force Gives us extra Ability Power. Helps for extra damage throughout the game.
Sorcery Gives us Cooldown Reduction and is required for the next ability, which is important.

Arcane Knowledge This is very important because
Singed is all magic damage. With this, we also do not need magic pen. runes!
In Defense:

Resistance Gives us extra Armor, to add to our defenses.

Hardiness Extra Magic Resistance, to add to our defenses.

Vigor for the extra HP over time, for a bit more sustain.

Durability for the small health boost, and to unlock the next mastery.

Veteran's Scars for a decent flat HP boost, helpful early on because
Singed is weak at this time.

Initiator Gives extra speed boost. Important as
Singed is all about kiting.

Honor Guard Another addition to the defensive end.

Enlightenment Increased Cooldown Reduction.

Juggernaut Gives a really good HP boost, and CC reduction.
Runes





Greater Quintessence of Scaling Ability Power: We get this x3 because we chose such an offensive route of masteries, that this gives us a huge damage increase over time.
Greater Mark of Ability Power: This is the same as the other runes. AP over time is good because it increases the scale for
Singed, however we cannot rely too heavily on the scale.
Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power: Same as the other choices.
Greater Glyph of Ability Power: We choose this because it gives us an early edge of AP, so we don't rely too heavily on the scale.
Greater Seal of Scaling Ability Power: Same as the other choices.

Empowered Bulwark: Increases Singed's health by .25 for each mana point he has.
Basically,Singed's health is increased by 25% of his mana.

Poison Trail (Q): Toggle: Singed lays a poisonous trail which lasts for 3.25 seconds and deals 22 / 34 / 46 / 58 / 70 (+30% of ability power) magic damage per second to enemies for 3 seconds.
Singed leaves a long trail of purple smoke trail behind him. This is your main ability and this is why everyone hates you. :) It is togglable and uses mana over time. (13mana/second)

Mega Adhesive (W): Singed throws a vial of mega adhesive on the ground causing all enemies who touch it to be slowed by 35 / 45 / 55 / 65 / 75% for as long as they are in the adhesive and for 1 second once they are out of it.
This is very important, especially early game and in team fights. It slows any enemy that runs into it! So, if you are dying or a teammate is dying, throw it down and run!

Fling (E): Singed flings an enemy over his shoulder, dealing 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300 (+100% of ability power) magic damage.
This is another important move. It deals damage, in addition to the amount of AP you have, and flings the enemy over you. Good for ganking!

Insanity Potion (R): Singed drinks a potent brew of chemicals, granting him 10 / 15 / 20% crowd control reduction and 35 / 50 / 65 ability power, armor, magic resistance, movement speed, health regeneration per 5, and mana regeneration per 5 for 25 seconds.
All in all, a huge bonus of important stats forSinged! Pop this and use your
Poison Trail... Tank away and do some damage!

: This removes any weak holes in
Singed because he is weak early game.

: These are the only boots I would get because it allows
Singed to kite and catch up to enemies so you can use
Fling.
- Catalyst the Protector: I get this when building into
