Tips
One of the most important things for Sivir is farming. It's an easy and safe way to get items and carry the game. You can see more about wave management in the bottom of the guide^^

Other things that might help you climb:
Focus on your own mistakes not your teams mistakes
Don't use the chat, it will only distract you
If you die a lot then buy more pink wards to prevent ganks and look at the minimap more often to see if you can find the enemy jungler. If you see the enemy jungler topside, you can play aggressive without the risk of getting ganked.
Introduction
HIGHLIGHTED VIDEO

Hello guys this is my Sivir guide. I have been playing since season 2 and have been Challenger the last 4 seasons. I have played every single Champion in League of Legends and Sivir have been one of my great adcs. I got 2 accounts in Challenger at the moment and I'm trying to get my 3. smurf to Challenger. Right now I focus only on toplane where I play Tryndamere most of the time. You can join my stream if you want, would love that^^ https://www.twitch.tv/kurtdenstore21. There are many Sivir players in high elo, so even if I play Tryndamere you can still watch some high elo adcs play and learn from them. Sivir is actually really strong atm and is played a lot, so get on the grind my friend!

My Sivir build is situational you could use this build every game, but I would recommend you to form your own builds. Take some games with Sivir and figure out what items you like the most.

This is my Challenger accounts

This is my greatest winstreak of all time in ranked

This is 2 of my smurfs
Items
The items are situational there are many builds out there that works. This build and runes plays around dealing a lot of damage while being hard to kill lategame.
Doran's Shield: Doran's Shield is your start item in this guide, you could go Dorans Blade if you feel like it though. You only pay 450 gold and you get 80 Health, higher basic attack damage against minions and 6 Health every 5 seconds. You also get a unique passive that let you regenerate up to 30 health over 10 seconds after taking damage from an enemy champ.

With the Doran's Shield you buy 1 Health Potion and a a free ward. The Health Potion let you stay in lane longer and this helps you get more gold and XP. The ward helps you spot the enemy jungle so you don't get ganked and killed.
Essence Reaver: Your first item is Essence Reaver. If you can't buy it directly you should get a Cloak of Agility if you got 800 gold on your first back. If you have 875 gold when you go back get Pickaxe instead of the Cloak. If you got 1100 gold you should get Warhammer. If you got even more gold you could get a Pickaxe and a Warhammer. But the ideal back is to have 3200 gold and buying Essence directly. This item gives you 70 Attack Damage, 25% Critical Strike Chance and 20% Cooldown Reduction. All these stats are perfect for Sivir and makes her pretty strong early.
Berserker's Greaves: You get boots for free because of your inspiration rune that means your Berserker's Greaves cost less. So after you get Essence Reaver, you should get Berserker's Greaves. These shoes help you attack faster because of the 35% Attack Speed and the Movement Speed helps you stick to your enemies or survive ganks.
Infinity Edge: After your Berserker's Greaves its time to get Infinity Edge. If you can't buy it directly you should get a Cloak of Agility if you got 800 gold when you recall. If you have 875 gold when you go back get Pickaxe instead of the Cloak. If you got 1300 gold get a B.F.Sword. The most ideal thing is to get Infinity Edge directly though. Infinity Edge gives you Attack Damage, higher Critical Strike Chance and an UNIQUE passive that increases the damage of Sivirs critical strikes by 25%. This is a huge spike for Sivir and if you get fed early and get this item you will melt the enemies.
Rapid Firecannon: Now we want to get Rapid Firecannon. Get Zeal and Kircheis Shard if you don't have enough gold to buy it directly. This item gives you more Attack Speed, Movement Speed, Crit and a UNIQUE Passive that gives you 35% bonus range on Energized attacks. The Energized attacks deal 60-140 magic damage on-hit.
Guardian Angel: Now it's time to get Guardian Angel, this item is gonna help us stay alive in teamfights. Get a Stopwatch, B.F. Sword or a Chain Vest if you get back without enough money to buy a Guardian Angel directly. This item gives you armor, attack damage and a UNIQUE passive that lets survive lethal damage and let you restore to 50% of base health and 30% of maximum mana after 4 seconds. You should still try not to use this passive it's only for emergencies where you can't avoid death.
Phantom Dancer: The last item is Phantom Dancer. Get this item when you have 2600 gold. The item gives you Attack Speed, Critical Strike Chance and Movemen Speed. Everything Sivir needs to pop off. Sivir also gets 2 UNIQUE Passives the first one let you walk through units for 2 seconds and gaining 7% movement speed after attacking an enemy champion with a basic attack. The second one gives you a shield when you get below 30% health, this passive combined with Guardian Angel makes Sivir pretty hard to kill.

Again this is a situational build, you should take some games on Sivir and figure out what works for you. You could use this build every game but I'm gonna recommend you to use this as inspiration and then form the builds that works best for your playstyle.

  • Coup de Grace

  • Magical Footwear
  • Magical Footwear: PASSIVE: At 12 minutes (-45 seconds per Takedown), you gain Slightly Magical Boots for free. Slightly Magical Boots are identical and can be upgraded as if they were Boots of Speed. If the inventory is full while receiving the boots, they will appear as soon as a place in the inventory is freed.
Additionally, your boots gain PASSIVE: 10 bonus movement speed.
  • Biscuit Delivery
  • Biscuit Delivery: PASSIVE: Receive a Total Biscuit of Everlasting Will at 2:00, 4:00 and 6:00. If the inventory is full while receiving a biscuit, the biscuit(s) will appear as soon as a place in the inventory is freed.
Consuming a Biscuit will permanently increase your maximum mana by 50, in addition to its effects. You will also gain the increased mana if you sell the biscuit for 30 gold.

Minion Control
I would recommend you to study this video because wave management/Minion Control is one of the most important skills in the game. If you master this you will climb!

Lore
“Coin may buy you skill for a day, but never loyalty.”

~ Sivir
Sivir is a renowned mercenary captain who plies her trade in the deserts of Shurima. Armed with her legendary jeweled crossblade, she has fought and won countless battles for those who can afford her services, and prides herself on recovering lost treasures from the catacombs beneath the old empire—for a generous share of the profits, of course. With ancient forces stirring the very bones of Shurima, Sivir now finds herself torn between conflicting destinies…
