Introduction
This Skarner built is inteneded for an agressive playstyle against all champions without heavy escapes or movement speed buffs. It has a high duell potential which u have to use or u will lose the game since u are dps. The most important point is to kepp pressure all day while u are farming. The mana items will help u to spam ur skills harrassing the enemy. U have to stick on him the whole laning phase and push down his health bar while ur own health is anytime due to ur incredible sustain.

- scales well late game

- kiteable

- weak against some rangeds in lane
