Basics:

Ashe is really easy to kill if she's squishy. If you play against a squishy adc at bottom, it won't be easy for him to kill you with this build. Also as being an adc you will get focused by the enemy team probably, with this build it will be very annoying for them. You rushed the life steal so you can stay longer in lane and farm a lot, make sure you level up your e every now and then, this will passively give you extra money for every minion you kill.

How to play:

PLAY SAFE EARLY GAME! Ashe her early game is always squishy and you can die very easy. Make sure u use your E every time it's up and shoot in in the river so you can see if the jungler is going for a gank, this doesn't cost any mana. Use your W to poke, the early game damage is insane, also W will apply to your Q so if you are getting chased just quickly shoot your W behind you this will slow the enemy that's chasing you. If you run out of kill the golems so you get some mana. You can play aggresive late game.

Pros and cons:

Pros:
Hard to kill
Damage is still high.
Guardian angel heals more.
If enemy is fed you can still get kills.

Cons:
Damage is less then the enemy adc.
Squishy early game.

Questions:

Why do you need to buy a long sword at start? and not boots or doran's blade?

At the begin you can just walk to your lane, you don't need the speed. this will also allow your passive to get to 100 so you can poke very high at the start. Doran's blade doesn't build into anything, you also want to rush the vampiric scepter so you can stay longer in lane.

When do i use my ultimate?

Everytime an enemy champion is attacking a turret, or to safe yourself or a teammate. Try to shoot from far away, this will increase the stun duration. If a turret gets pushed the minions die quickly, if you use your ult on the champion that's attacking the turret then there's a high change that the turret will shoot on that champion.

What to do if i'm getting focused very hard?

rush warmog's armor instead of phantom dancers, this will make it harder for them and allows you to get away easier.
