Pretty slow early game

Marks: I use Magic pen marks since Shens Q goes off magic damage and I figured the extra damage would be nice to help finish the jungle route faster.
Seals: For seals I run armor for a more sustained jungle early on. Other seals that I found too work are energy per level or flat energy seals too be able to spam your abilities and dodge which goes well with

Glyphs: I run 6 per level magic resist glyphs for late game benefit and 3 flat magic resist glyphs because I like to gank at level 2 (If my team is good) I do not recommend any other glyphs

For my masteries I went 9/20/1 getting the things I felt would help Shen sustain in the jungle While helping him clear it just a tad bit faster, For you people that wonder why I didn't spec into

My build is like most junglers starting build I get my
Wriggle's Lantern along with either
Ninja Tabi or
Mercury's Treads (Boots depend on heavy ad or ap) after words I build a Heart of Gold for the Gold/p5. After I get my Aegis done I check to see if the Enemy team is more ap or ad heavy and that decides what I build either Randuin's or a Force of nature, after I complete one of those I buy a Giants belt for a Ryali's late game for that nice slow and decent amount Hp. Once you complete the build you should be pretty tanky and be ready to soak up that damage for your team. My reasoning for Randuin's over every other armor item is for that fact that with
Shadow Dash you can easily lower their attack speed and movement speed so that your team is able to catch up and show them who is boss

This is the jungle route i use most often for that fact I get to gank early and give my ap carry blue buff all within 4-5 mins, if you did it all right you should have no need to go back at all and can just keep moving on (Go back before dragon so you can pick up Wriggles). If on the occasion you get counter jungled, it is simple to recover as Shen. Invading their jungle is easy, Shen may not be able to stop people from stealing his jungle but he sure can kick their *** in their jungle. Since Shen has great jungle sustain he can easily go in their jungle and gank them while they are taking their buff or simply clearing a camp.
At low levels (1-5) Shen can pretty much harass any champ he may encounter while doing his jungle route or while just roaming around, thanks to his

~Ganking pre level 6~
For ganking you want to be aware of your lanes to see if they enemy team is over-extending. what you need to do is inform your teammates you are going to gank their lane and to be prepared at that point in time you rush in and hit them with
Vorpal Blade so that you give you and your teammates that tiny bit of health, at that point you just auto attack and shield. If you get the kill great! But if you didn't, you still helped your team. Remember that if you don't get the kill a wasted summoner spell still counts as a successful gank
~Ganking level 6+~
At this point you just got you're ult, your on bot lane helping out and you notice my top needs help, "Oh sheeet! have no fear! my ult is here." You ult up to the top lane, taunt those noobs and teach them a lesson. If your teammate is low and you know you can't get a gank simply just let him go back and now they got a fight a full hp Shen.
