Hello and welcome to my guide. I am a huge Ashe main and want to make Ashe even in high ELO popular.
She is the champ with the best map awareness. You should make use of that strength.
I will show you guys how you can watch over your opponents at all time.

First of all we come to the runes.
I grab Mana Marks because of the high manacost of Ashe's Hawkshot.
The Seals of Gold have the purpose to rush your itembuild even faster.
For your cooldownreduction you run 9x cdr glyphs and 1x a cdr quint. With that you have 10% cdr right at the beginning. Thanks to that you can spam your abilities pretty hard in combination with your mana marks. Last but not least are the two remaining Quints. I like to take 2x Movementspeedquints because you have more mobility and you can run around and ward even faster than normal.

Grab some Mana for poking, Gold for rushing your itembuild and Movementspeed to roam and ward faster.

Clairvoyance This is the most important spell for you because it grants vision. In comination with Summoner's Insight you can spam this spell for powerful mapcontrol.

Teleport With this spell you can bring vision to the whole map. In combination with the boot enchantment Distortion and Summoner's Insight in the mastery page you can spam this spell even with it's high base cooldown.

You max the most important ability Hawkshot first.
You can spam the hawk with your cdr pretty hard.
After that you max your ultimate Enchanted Crytal Arrow. If this Ability hits someone you will get free vision. The other abilities are unimportant. You dont even have to level them up.

I don't know why this function is kinda broken but it delivers the same information.
It's just ugly to look at.

Rush Mobility Boots with the Distortion enchantment, so you can run up and down the map like a maniac. The enchantment has a great synergy with your summoner spell Teleport.

You buy Black Cleaver only for the cooldownreduction. You don't need battlepower at all.

Twin Shadows is for more vision because of your nice ghost friends.
And you are finally not forever alone. But care! It might be 3spoopy5you.

The Ruby Sightstone is one of the key components for your imperium of vision.
Sadly you can only place 3 Stealth Wards without anotherone fading.
But for that you leave one space open for Vision Wards.
You can hold important objectives like Wolves.

The Zz'Rot Portal expands your friends by some ugly looking voidlings.
So buy it. And you will know if someone is nearby when the portal gets destroyed.
