volibear have a very strong level 2 almost in every melee matchup use it for advantage towards yourself look to slowe push first wave and hard push second wave for level 2 and use E Q on enemy follow by ignite to kill if the enemy flash he will survive but you can look for hard pushing third wave and look to dive with E Q W or with your jungle help
