You will hard win early but you will lose to ult try to pickup kill early with flash ignite and doran ring start go riftmaker and look to ignite him after he use his W to deny W healing of mordekaiser you win if use your lead correctly

Try to take short trade with stun and go flash ignite donr fight at level 1 in any cost look for kill in level 2 with E Q and rush antiheal ult his ult if you feel losing you can ult away after his ult was down try to kill him

Garen W can deny damage and stun duration of your Q try to kill early go lethal tempo ap hraling build with flahs ignite the tip for garen after level 6 is look to trade with garen when you had more hp than him if you ever start a fight with garen when your health is lower you will die always try to trade with higher hp in lane short trade and ult start all in with ignite

You kinda even in rarly game in terms of power ignite his ult and ulton his ult try to short trade you can heal of with your W proc rush antiheal first item both build are good against this but i prefer to go ap in this mathcup

use early E Q

volibear have a very strong level 2 almost in every melee matchup use it for advantage towards yourself look to slowe push first wave and hard push second wave for level 2 and use E Q on enemy follow by ignite to kill if the enemy flash he will survive but you can look for hard pushing third wave and look to dive with E Q W or with your jungle help
