Introduction
These items are particularly helpful on Ashe to utilize her passive and the way that she should be played as support. The crit items are there to make that unexpected damage that can ultimately changed a fight or a lane, for instances you are laning against a lulu/graves that has no sustain. A chunk out of either of their life would make them think twice about fighting. The Shureleas is there for even more disengage or to help your team catch up to a opponent that you have ultied. A locket early on can counter her squishy predisposition making up for her lack of any utility specifically for her ADC. Ionian boots so you can spam E (Hawk Shot) and w (Volley) Creating a hail of arrows.

-Level 6 creates amazing kill potential
-Crits can devastate enemies
-Actually utilizes passive
-Doesn't require items to be effective
Cons-
-Offers no utility to ADC apart from CC
-Very squishy

With Ashe, I find she has similar positioning to a janna or sona. The difference is with a sona to set off your ulti you have to be in close proximity and with janna it is mainly used to disingage. Ashe's ulti can be used in many ways;
-To stun a target just out of range
-To peel for your ADC against assassins or whatever
-To Ks
She can be a big lane bully with the chance that she will crit, chances are people wont be too afraid of you until you kill them a few times (It is an Ashe). Make sure you know how much damage you can take and your positioning in lane to allow for the easiest and freest farm for your ADC and the hardest lane for the opposing. Communicate with your team to create ganks using R (Enchanted Crystal Arrow) or to stop a baron/dragon attempt.

Ashe is the CC queen, at early levels she can force enemies to flash just to escape death because of her crippling Q (Frost Shot) which is basically a 2 second wither on her basic attack. Her volley is a high damage spell but also it doubles as another slow (Slows to the same as Frost Shot). You cannot from her!! Ashe's E (Hawkshot) is a FOW Reveal, this is great for if you are pushing up but you have run out of wards you can E into the brush to potentially save your life and only on a 1 min CD at early levels if used properly it becomes invaluable. Ashe's passive, widely regarded as one of the more useless ones because you are always auto attacking as adc thus never letting it fully stack. A good support should not be trying to last hit so allowing the passive to "fully charge" and amass a devastating crit on unsuspecting victims. Her R (Enchanted Arrow) is a cross map 3.5 second stun with an AOE affect which makes all surrounding enemies deal half damage and are slowed by 50%.
