Armour: Bot Lane ADC's are usually Attack Damage so if you come across an AP bot lane build some magic resist.
AP: You want that raw damage early and not fall off too hard late. Try to get first blood over your mastery 7 Project Yasuo.
Magic Pen: Again so you don't fall off too hard late.
CDR: So you can spam out abilities and push your lane.

Fiddlebick
is pretty easy late game because your AP and crow will more or less one shot minions if you are just clearing alone. Early it won't matter because you'll be letting your ADC get the CS anyway. Clearing a lane consists of you E'ing, then walking away nothing hard.
