Rush Rylia and abuse the Q dog. Tear for the sustain. Swiftsness because you are fragile like an old man.
Lindary is the only reason you will do any noticeable damage.
All you do is harass and slow with the Q, wall them haters.
Sell the frostfang for the 6th item.
Let the ADC get the CS, and make your money with the frostfang harass.
Playing support sucks sometimes, or its just boring, this way you can hopefully get some kills with ulti (if you get AP), or push towers.

Sightstone- If you are actually going to be support, you can get sightstone. If you are hardcore, tell your team to upgrade their trinkets.
