Introduction
Sion build. I have been experimenting with this build and have had huge success! His powerful stun and tanky sustainability make him perfect for this build. This is my first guide so please leave any suggestions, comments or constructive criticism it is greatly appreciated!
Pros/Cons.
A strong poke and 1.5s stun/silence using
Death's Caress with a short cooldownNaturally tanky and has a shield to soak up damage
Can harass and distract enemy ADC and Carry allowing your ADC to farm
Can regain health using
Cannibalism allowing for more sustain and harrassCONS
Eats through mana early game
Enrage is pretty much useless much of the gameHas a hard time getting enough gold for a full build
No heal or shield for ADC

Runes
The runes will give Support sion a bit of armor to take the enemy ADC's hits early game while getting into position to land your nasty stuns and push the bot lane against their own turret. The added cooldown will make your stuns come more frequently and give you full domination of bottom lane.
