play defence untill level 6, and then you are free do to what ever, notice': if you are fed before level 6 you dont have to leave turret.
if you are fed, you can take every teamfight easy! dont forget to turn ult off if you are chaising. but turn it on if you are escaping.(extra hp)

notice that i level up Q first, this will help you to harras and slow opponents until level 6 so you can damage them if you cant kill them.

Dont worry about mana..... well because you are swain. last hit on minnions will restore your mana.
