With Ganking you want to E behind your target and then Q to them to get the knock up. Make sure you get between their escape route and your target and continuously auto attack to apply red buff. Also use your W once your target touches the ground to get the slow. Use your trinket, slows are essential and it does not matter how many you have. The more cc, the more kills you may get.
Gank bot lane the most because Dragons are vital to your teams success. If you can deny the enemy team every dragon you will be in a much safer place for the late game.
Lets say your top lane gives up first blood, try ganking bot instead, get a turret and a dragon. The benefits are top lane gets 100+ gold and 8% damage boost. If they are still having trouble then help them with a gank.

So lets say you start on the top side of the map. Perfect, this means that you can go straight to gromp and get a good leash from your bot lane. After gromp go straight to blue, kill that and head to red and gank.
When clearing the jungle you want to Q, auto attack, and then E on the camp. This allows you to maximize damage because you don't waste time traveling to your flag. If you need it use your w to sustain damage and continue on in the jungle.
