Anti-Tahm Kit:
Hard to 1v1, hard to poke, hard to push against.
Forced to play safe, ask jungle for ganks.
(RANGE, SUSTAIN, DAMAGE)
Urgot
Anti-Tahm Kit:
Hard to 1v1, hard to poke, hard to push against.
Forced to play safe, ask jungle for ganks
(RANGE, HULLBREAKER, DAMAGE)
Akali
Anti-Tahm Kit:
Her speed, shroud, gap closing/creating abilities, and is hard to poke/push against.
(SPEED, RANGE, DAMAGE)
Illaoi
She just has a lot of area damage you have to look out for, but if you can dodge, you'll be fine.
(BRUISER, HULLBREAKER)
Yorick
He's got a really good poke, but you can dodge his abilities 60% of the time. You outscale him.
(BRUISER, HULLBREAKER)
Camille
She relies on engaging. You'll win most of your fights with her since she needs to get close, isn't tanky, and doesn't out sustain.
(SPEED)
Aatrox
Anti-Tahm Kit (IF FED):
Passive, hard to 1v1.
Aatrox belongs between even and extreme. This is a wildcard in my experience since nobody really plays him.
(SPEED, RANGE, SUSTAIN)
Dr. Mundo
You heal, he heals. You poke, he pokes. You got a stun, he can block it with passive. Honestly, this is just a frozen lane.
(SUSTAIN)
Garen
There really shouldn't be an issue against Garen. His passive isn't good enough to out sustain you, you have harder cc, better shields, and an escape he can only stop with his Q if available.
Be careful though. Feeding him can be dangerous still.
(SPEED, DAMAGE)
Darius
He does DoT, can sustain pretty well, but still requires an up-close fight. You should be able to poke him better than he can poke you. Your defenses are better.
(DAMAGE, SUSTAIN)
Teemo
Early game he is a problem. He's got the speed, the blind, and the range. Why isn't he an extreme threat? because you OUTSCALE TEEMO HARD!
You'll definitely rely on ganks and your team to get ahead a bit. If the game goes well in other lanes, you'll definitely outscale him.
(SPEED, RANGE, DAMAGE)
Akshan
Eh, just like Teemo, but better to lane against. ask for ganks and try to stop him with Q and W.
(RANGE, SPEED)
Jax
Easy. Just wait out his stun. You win. you'll outscale him for most of the game. If you reach the late game, you might need more help than you wanted.
(DAMAGE, SPEED)
Gangplank
He's got oranges against your ult and stun. Bait it out. you win.
(SPEED, DAMAGE)
Cho'Gath
He can heal well, but he's gotta land skillshots. You can auto-attack him to death for all you care. Dodge the Q, hit him while you're hit by his silence, swallow him up, Q him, dead.
(SUSTAIN)
Kled
Anti-Tahm Kit:
Passive, hard to push.
He is aggressive and can kill you pretty easily early on. Play safe and get ganks.
(SPEED, DAMAGE, SUSTAIN)
Nasus
You'll control the lane. Watch for ganks as he is going to need them. Other than that, you outscale him the early-mid game. Prevent him from farming.
(DAMAGE, SPEED, SUSTAIN)
Irelia
She needs to get close in order to kill you. She does a lot of damage, but if you play it right you will win 90% of the time. be patient as she might try to dash around a lot.
(DAMAGE, SUSTAIN, SPEED)
Malphite
He really can't do anything against you. He's got poke, but you'll just chase him down and kill him no problem.
Poppy
A mess. she's got a lot of damage, shields, range, and speed. Oh, and a stun. watch out for that stun. ask for ganks.
(DAMAGE, RANGE, SPEED, SUSTAIN)
Sett
Killable, but almost has an anti-tahm kit. What hurts his chances is that his shield is dodgeable, doesn't have an escape plan, needs to bring you close to fight, and your ult can gobble him up. Despite this, he does a lot of damage, so ask for ganks early.
(DAMAGE, SUSTAIN, SPEED).
Leona
Consistent Hard CC on Tahm is painful. Tahm does well when he can continue putting out damage. The more damage he does, the more sustain he has overall. Leona prevents that.
She's not a problem when she is alone, but be careful of her targeting you in team fights while you engage on the back line.
(SUSTAIN, CC)
Shen
You'll win 90% of the time. You out sustain him very well despite his shields and Q damage. Once you get your ult, he won't be an issue.
(DAMAGE, SPEED, SUSTAIN)
Tryndamere
Tryndamere players are the most annoying. He'll farm under turret if he is smart, and then he'll try to fight you with ult. You'll win 80% of the time. that remaining 20% is when he gets lucky with crits. He's faster, strong in the short run. You may be slower, but you're stronger for the long run, meaning you'll beat him the longer you two fight.
(SPEED, DAMAGE, SUSTAIN)
Volibear
He's got damage, but you out sustain him. Dodge his Es.
(DAMAGE, SPEED, RANGE)
Sion
He's just another tank that rivals your sustainability. You should 90% of the time if you know how to out sustain him. Dodge his Qs, get close to fight him, remove his shield with Q, and attack. eat him when necessary.
(DAMAGE, SUSTAIN)
Ornn
Similar to Tryndamere. He'll try to fight you and out sustain you, but he'll end up just camping under the tower. He's in it for the long run as well, similar to Mundo. Frozen lane. Lame game.
(SUSTAIN)
Renekton
He has really good poke, speed, and damage, but not enough to push you out of the lane fast enough. Push the lane harder than he can push and you should be okay. Care for his ult, heal whenever he stays too long after stunning you, and repeat.
(SUSTAIN, DAMAGE, SPEED).

Great Sustain
Great Damage
Strong CC
Can 2v1 half the time.
CONS:
Slow to securing objectives
Terrible Depush
Below Average Teamfight presence
vulnerable to hard CC and Healing reduction
Early Game
Depending on who you're against (with my list of common adversaries), you'll either want to aggressive take-over lane or play a little safer. You're skirmishing ability early on is very strong since you have hard cc ready for stacking and healing at level one.
Your goal for most of the early game is to farm as much as possible and stack your undying grasp as much as possible. If you get a first blood kill, clear the next wave and base if necessary. Often times you can stay and win another fight since you'll probably have a level or two above the other player. If this happens, you'll win lane.
Mid Game
By around minute 12, you should have already secured the first herald. If not, make that a priority for you and your Jungler. People at lower elos don't realize how important Herald can be - even more important than dragon sometimes. If you secure herald twice and use it, that is two towers that grant easy gold for you and bring you closer to victory.
Try not to roam too much if you have a lead. Stay in your lane and provide pressure for your team. Once you secure that first tower, your jungle should start invading that top side jungle to help fend against dangerous 2v1s or 3v1s.
Be weary of Hullbreakers. This will require you to stay and farm in the lane. Wait until other lanes have enough of a lead to roam and then you can start breaking away from the lane.
Late Game
The late game is where you are going to be with your team 90% of the time. Your goal is to help secure objectives and pick off enemy champions.
For team fights,You are not an engage for your team; you are there to catch the rebound. Your kit doesn't have a fast enough engage to catch enemies off guard, so wait until they mess up their positioning before you go in.
