This is a TF build I used at the start of Season 3. I have adapted it after I discovered what certain items can do. I find AD TF more fun than AP and this will explain a few of the items.

Trinity Force - An all round good item but the star is the Spellblade Passive. Granting extra damage after spell cast which as TF you do often

Runaan's Hurricane - Not only does it grant more Attack Speed but it also allows you to get the extra damage from Stacked Deck almost every basic attack

Spirit of the Lizrd Elder - It give all attacks that Twisted Fate has extra true damage. This includes the AoE of Red Card, all 3 Wild Cards and the extra targets of Runaan's Hurricane

Frozen Mallet - With Runaan's Hurricane you are always slowing 3 targets which is good for chasing multiple kills, kiting and stopping the enemy from disengaging

Hybrid - The Hybrid list is just incase you need both AP and AD damage going out

Tanky - The Tanky list shows items that are helpful for staying alive most help with damage
Iceborn Gauntlet - Can replace Trinity Force to allow an extra slow and add some survivability

Crits - If you wish you can use a crit happy build over flat damage these items help with that goal

Life Steal - You will need Life Steal if you want to stay out of base for as long as possible with the Hybrid build the Hextech Gunblade should service this need
