Talon is Assassin/Fighter.The champion is weak early game but deadly late its all about farming till he reach level 6 and get some kills.I made a build for Talon that gives him everything to kill his target.The only skill what that champion needs from his player is good dodge skill early so he can farm and get good offensive item when he hit level 6 and get 100% kill,it is possible to get kill before 6 level but its up to the players.

NOXIAN DIPLOMACY (Q): - Infinity Edge (can crit);The black Cleaver ( 5% for each bleed tick);

RAKE (W): - The Black Cleaver (Cooldown/MS/10% armor reduceing);
Youmuu's Ghostblade(Cloodown/Armor Penetration);
Essence Reaver (Cooldown);

CUTTHROAT (E): - The Black Cleaver (Cooldown);
Youmuu's Ghostblade(Cloodown);
Essence Reaver (Cooldown);

SHADOW ASSAULT (R):The Black Cleaver (Cooldown/MS/10% armor reduceing);
Youmuu's Ghostblade(Cloodown/Armor Penetration);
Essence Reaver (Cooldown);

Talon have 40% Cooldawn Reduction(Maximum):
The Black Cleaver (Cooldown 20%);
Youmuu's Ghostblade(Cloodown 10%);
Essence Reaver (Cooldown 10%);

Good attack speed:
Berserker's Greaves (25%);
Youmuu's Ghostblade(40%);

Nice Moven Speed:
Berserker's Greaves-FUROR (45 +12%);
Youmuu's Ghostblade(20%);
The Black Cleaver (20/60);

Perfect DMG:
Infinity edge (80 + crit dmg);
Essence Reaver (80 + lifesteal);

Good armor penetration and Survivability:
Youmuu's Ghostblade(20);
The Black Cleaver (35%/+400 HP);
Frozen Malet (Slow on hit + 700 HP)

All items are giving dmg without boots but it can be changed by Trinity Force.
