This build allows for very high amounts of bullying to be done top lane, to tanks or squishies. Early game will need to be taken with care against certain match-ups using Q to poke and farm at the same time, but she can win most with her shield, pull, and dash, since they will most likely be running.

Overall, build against your laner. If they are AD, the armor and CDR from Iceborn Gauntlet is perfect, then into Sunfire Cape for health. If they are AP, Abyssal Scepter, and if they heal ridiculously (Vlad, Akali), get Morellonomicon.

By late game, Diana's scaling allows you to be half tank / half assassin. Fair warning: her only form of CC is her pull and slow, so expect messy teamfights.
