I don't find a lot negative aspects about Tankmo. He hasn't the potential to One-Shoot enemies, that's right. But he mustn't do that. The hardest problem is, if your team is hard behind. It's perfect if your team has another Waveclear Champion and can defend 4v5. Care ganks! Ward with your shrooms and look at the map. Last but not least train kiting if you can't (same for Teemo Jungle btw) |

Explanations

Standing still makes you stealthed and increase your Attack Speed after leaving stealth. Wait 1.5 seconds... You are stealthed. In brushes you can to and are still stealthed. Use it to escape (jukes) or set a trap.

Does magical damage and blinds your enemy. on toplane, this ability is very useful against AA-based champions. Just use it, when your enemy is engaging or escaping (for extra DMG).

Gives you passively Bonus Movement Speed, if you are out of combat, activating it doubles the passive Bonus also in combat. Be mobile as a scout :-) use it for escape (or engage, but not against every champ).

Enemies get On-Hit and DoT magic damage. Toxic. It's included in the name. The DoT doesn't stack! It just get refreshed and last 4 seconds.

Place an invisible Mushroom (works like a mine) you can place it for warding. Choose places, where you walk through.

Masteries
I think there are 3 different ways to go. I tried every choice already, but I think the first choice works the best. You can poke early with 3 AA procing Thunderlord. I tried the 3rd choice, but in early it's not worth and in the late game, you won't fight a lot, while splitpushing (and you have just one Attack Speed Item). If you need more tankyness, take the 2nd choice.

Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed: I think they are the best for splitpushing, chasing and escaping. If you look for more damage, take
Greater Quintessence of Attack Speed or
Greater Quintessence of Ability Power.
Greater Mark of Attack Speed: neccessary because we have just one Attack Speed Item
Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist: For tankyness. 6
Greater Glyph of Scaling Cooldown Reduction may work too.
Greater Seal of Scaling Health: If you need more tankyness early, take
Greater Seal of Armor. For the late game I prefer these runes.

This item is quit great on Teemo. You get tankyness, attack damage and CC. Noone can run away from you and it's a good tool for kiting too. |
