This is the build I use when playing master Yi. You may think its weird in the way that you get no attack speed what so ever(excluding actives and ult). The hp stack makes you much tankier allowing you to put out significant damage without having to leave the fight for a longer duration while all your damage comes from out hp. Greater Mark of Attack Damage --- you will want 6 of these just for that early game slightly higher damage output.
Greater Mark of Attack Speed --- you will want only 3 of these for the slight attack speed boost early game and also making your attack speed over 2.0 in the ending of the build
Greater Seal of Armor --- I take 9 of these because you are an AD carry meelee fighter... people might choose to focus you down and armour never hurts early game.
Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist --- I take 9 of these for basiclly the same reason as the above comment for the armour runes.
Greater Quintessence of Desolation --- I take 3 of these because since this build not involve critical strike damage, armour pen might be a bit of a nessesity to some of you.

Masteries are almost self explanitory, you can very them slightly but making sure to take damage, attack speed, and armour pen in the offense tree. I the "9" in the defence tree because i enjoy playing a more tanky Master Yi because people will not so much as expect it and have a harder time dealing with your damage out-put and your takyness.

Vampiric Scepter --- I recomment starting with this if you are going to jungle because with the way our runes and masteries are set up we can clear the blue,red once and the other 3 camps twice be4 considering to go back, unless we decide to gank or other things.

Berserker's Greaves --- going straight into these boots will set our basic attack speed for most of the game and give us that rediculous movement speed we all know master Yi has.

Youmuu's Ghostblade --- going straight into this after the first 2 items will give you the attack speed + our ult. this is where most of our dps comess from in this build.

The Bloodthirster --- Now, some variation can be used for this item... This is where lots of our damage comes from until all that hp finally pays off. If you feel you are ahead or the other team is not staking armour, feel free to build this. however, If you feel the need to gain the additional attack speed or if the other team is stacking some armour feel free to exchenge this for a Black Cleaver The Black Cleaver

Frozen Mallet --- this will also give us slightly more damage and the slow is always a nice bonus. The hp from this item will give us much more sustainability during team fights and starts the tanky portion of this build.

Warmog's Armor --- now this item can either be built before or after our frozen mallet, the choice is yours. Now since this item involves farming to become fully effective, I prefer to get this first but the items are completely inter-changable.

Atma's Impaler --- Now that we have gained an additional 2000 hp on top of out base hp, this item will give us a great amount of damage as well as increase or critical strike chance, give us extra armour so we can become even more tanky. This item will really bring together the build, by giving us the damage out-put we want between our ult + Youmuu's and giving us the ability to survive if people try to focus you down.

Skill Sequence

Now I have posted the sequence up top but this wills how it again and have an explanation as to why nothing is maxed right away. I feel That keeping an even balance between wuju style and alpha strike is good because this build is not high damage right away, so keeping a balance between the passive of wuju style and making alpha strike do more damage, so we can gank more efficiently, clear minion waves/jungle faster and allowing us to hit harder in genreal.

Summoner Spells

Now for summoner spells, many people do not like to use flash on master Yi because his ult allows him to escape very easily along with the use of ghost which is fine because it is all your preference. But i recommend flash because those tricky situations that seem to occur more and more often, where teleporting over walls seems like the best way out.

Ignite or exhaust? I prefer exhaust becuase if you catch some one out of position, they are almost 100% going to die if you and your team catch them with the exhaust. Ignite is also very viable allowing for easier kills inlane if some one is escaping but also great for that first blood or destroying the use of Health Potions.

When jungling it is quite obvious we will use smite over exhaust or ignite.

All in all I think this build works wonders. I have used it myself in game and done extremely well, and felt i should share this build with others. If my build gets positive feedback and good rates i will update this guide to be more in depth covering ranked gameplay, pros/cons, tips/tricks and much more.
