Yes! Taric Top is the best pick you can do. When u got a Ryze for example you can harass him, because with you´re heal you get so much HP back. At the beginning you should play defensive.
With level 3 you can start getting agressive. When something happens you get instant healed.
Trie to stun with ur E then land the W and a autohit. This is all you got to do and don´t forget to farm.

Why i took no life runes and why the hell i took magic penetration?
Because u need the AP! Without AP u don´t do dmg and without dmg u dont get kills. So AP for the heal ur e and the ult (the w scales on Armor).

Why i don´t go full AP when dmg is the focus.
Because ur the Tank and as the Tank u deal as Taric crazy dmg. The W scales on Armor so we don´t need Full AP.

Ok this is one of the hardest chapters. I build spirite visage first because of incrased heal and the passive. Alternative u can build the Sunfire before the visage for the armor when ur lane opponent is AD , but at the moment AP Top laners like Ryze are often picked.

I don´t think that i got to say so much here. W first for dmg. E for stun and lower cd and q for better heal and lower cd.

Every time u cast a spell ur next autohit deals dmg incrased for 20% of ur armor. When u hit ur spells get 2 secs lower cd.
Heals urself or an allied Champ.
Thats ur main Dmg Spell which gives u armor and let her explode to do dmg.
Stuns the Target and deals a bit dmg.
Deals crazy dmg and gives u bonus AP and AD.

Flash is an escape Spell.
Teleport to Help allied Champs or go back and TP on ur Lane to don´t miss so much exp.

You can easily boost ur allies and secure them with ur heal. Ask the jungler for some ganks. Then the game is verry easy for u.
