Just poke enemy laner... WHENEVER YOU CAN!!! Shroom placement will be in it's own chapter... but here is the basics.
Poke with autos. Q when you get into trades/little skirmishes with the enemy. Overall be an annoyance to the enemy.

Shroom placement!

"Oh the shroomns. How we love thee..."
There are three types of shrooms.
Battle Shrooms: Just chunk them in mid of a teamfight and hope for the best to be honest.
Distributive Shrooms: You place shrooms at choke points and to annoy the enemy.
Informational Shrooms: Place in the enemy jungle to keep tabs on the enemy jungler.

After you build those items.. you can build whatever you feel like. Even maybe more movespeed... ad... or anything! You can even build Deathcap if you want!
