Hi guys, i am just an average lol gamer who wanted to make a guide. ^^

Pros:

Long Range
Extreme late game damage
Easy farming, poking and pushing with Soldier's
Amazing Ultimate if used correctly

Cons:

Close to no damage in early game
Very hard to master

Marks:

Magic Penetration

Magic Penetration is the standard Mark Runes for AP.

Scaling Ability Power

If you are going full AP and want to own late game.

Seals:

Scaling Health

Scaling Health is best against AP Champions or if you only got 1 Rune Page.

Armor

Armor is best against AD Champions like Zed.

Glyphs:

Scaling CD Reduction

Scaling Cooldown Reduction is the best Glyphs for Azir because of the long cooldowns on his spells.

Ability Power

You can go with Ability Power if you need more early damage on Azir. But even with 9x Flat Ability Power Glyphs Azir still don't do much damage early game.

Magic Resist

Take these Runes if you feel to squishy in early game.

Scaling Ability Power

Again if you wan't to go max AP full burst Azir these Runes can help you.

Quintessences:

Ability Power

You will need this Runes to get just a little damage and poke early game.

Movement Speed

Movement Speed can be help full in some Match-Ups like when you are against Ziggs Movement Speed will be better than AP Quints because against Champions with a poke like Ziggs you just need to dodge and wait for your jungler.

Scaling Ability Power

Again ... more powerfull late game ...

Standard Summoner Spells:

Flash is the best Summoner Spell in the game. ALWAYS TAKE FLASH!

Ignite helps you with your burst and is great against healing effects like Summoner Spell: Heal

Other Summoner Spells:

Barrier is great if you don't feel save even with your W - E escape: If the enemy teams have a Shaco or Warwick jungle you may not feel save even with that escape.

Cleanse can be usefull if the opponents team have a stunlock or many hard cc's.

I have seen many Azir players with exhaust i don't like exhaust personally because i can't see the benefit from it but i will leave it here just in case.
