I've played a lot of games with him and felt every item combo outfitted and I've gotten that this is not the best but for my opinion the funniest is
The frozen wolf is built on the enemies simply no longer escape to let it be a mixture of tankyness and permanent slow down

Smite

I think here is no explanation necessary why smite must be around to jungle if you are a troll,congratulations!

Ghost

I take with many championship flash with but here I remain firm with ghost since the build is designed to catch the opponent and not escape and as most slow on the auto attacks, I have ghost for the perfect permanent slow

Why Fevor and not Warlords?

You can also have a lot of fun with a critwick and warlords, but since I rely on this build, I go on fevor as well it scales well with the r and good free damage which usually gives you in the fight also the victory

Why do i choose these Runes?

Simple,
The attack speed is for your permanent slowdown a pleasure so the opponent does not even get away
The MR and Armor are for your Tankyness and really good help in Fights
The attack damage is declared by itself alone because you want to kill your enemy :D

Frozen Mallet
The passive of this item allows the target to slow down as soon as it is hit by an autoattack This is the most important item of this build

Frozen Heart
This item is there for him to fight the advantage win as targets have 15% less attack speed and the values speak for themselves

Iceborn Gauntlet
This item gives the permanentan deceleration the rest it ensures that with each capability fields over the ground which slow down therein

Mortal Reminder
This item is for the final execution of the opponent because after this item are not even tanks can run from you

Blade of the Ruined King
A rather offensive item to beat your opponent
