League of Legends as a game has changed over the course of some 10 odd years.

This usually means the thicker your Armor is in inches and the more Firepower you can bring, the better. Now with the advent of Armor Piercing Rounds (True Damage) and increased Firepower, the Off-Tank Veigar is a remnant of past glory. Instead a new type of tank had to be developed that could counteract the Modern Threat.

Behold, introducing the M1 Abrams Main Battle Tank!

The Modern Doctrine of Warfare. Instead of simply increasing the diameter of your Smoothbore, or increasing the width of your Armor, you will increase MOBILITY.

The Modern Doctrine of Warfare consists of three important assets:

MOBILITY, POSITIONING, & FIREPOWER

[MOBILITY]:

A Tank with broken tracks is just a weaker gun turret. A Sci-fi question: Why was the Death Star so lethal? Not because it only could destroy planets, but because it can move around towards star systems and destroy planets.

To acquire MOBILITY, we need a few things:
- Tier 2 Boots
- Raptor's Cloak
- Deadman's Plate

[POSITIONING]:

Even the most heavily armored tanks in the world can be destroyed if they are surrounded on all sides. When you have acquired MOBILITY, Positioning becomes more easier to attain. Beware of NUCLEAR GUIDED MISSILES, HELICOPTERS,

[FIREPOWER]:

A Tank that fires tissue paper is not military grade level. You also don't need to be firing Nuclear Missiles from your main cannon to be military grade level. All you need is the right amount of FIREPOWER (Ability Power). Do not worry if you believe you will do less damage than the "VEIGAR V72 TYPE NUCLEAR MISSILE". All you need to do is fire multiple rounds while using your range, positioning, and mobility to do the job. The best part of using the M1 Abrams over the Nuclear Missile is that it isn't a one time use.

The Final Solution to the Ability Power Question

Each stack of "Phenomenal Evil Power" is like adding an extra one gram of Gunpowder to our Tank Projectile Missile. Wounding or killing Terrorists from the opposing team allows us to collect their Gunpowder to use against them.

Because we are in a isolated lane far from major conflict, we need to do our best to end laning phase as quickly as possible.
