Starting with Fizz!
Here are the stats I got with Fizz when i followed this guide:

Ability Combo
- Poke Combo: W > Q > Auto Attack 2x > E
- Ganking Combo: R > W > Q > (E, You maybe won't need this!)
- Team Fight Combo: R > E > W > Q > Spam All Abilities.
Starting with the Combos! The Combos for Fizz is very interesting and very useful for Poking. These Combos will surely make the Enemies to hide from you! Try to be very careful when you use your Poke Combo. Champions like Lux will maybe use her Snare to counter your Poke Combo.
Ganking Combo is very useful for Ganking Top. I'm not Sure if Ganking Combo is very effective against an ADCarry and a Support. Try to hit your "Chum the Water(R)" to Slow them and Knockup them!
Teamfight Combo is Very close to Ganking combo. Try to hit "Chum the Water(R)" when every enemy champions is close to each other. When hit. Use your E to Damage all champions close to you and then Strike!

Fizz Counters and who Fizz Counters!
Fizz has 2 Very Annoying Counters. These are Ryze and Diana.
Ryze Doesn't have any Skillshots and can easily get you snared and kill you. He his very Dangerous and try to avoid him. Ask top if you can switch Lanes if you meet Ryze in Mid. There is no thing fizz can counter Ryze with.
Diana is melee based but she can still counter fizz With her W and E. Her W gives her shield that can protect Fizz W. When Fizz uses his E, She can easily use her E and bring fizz back to her.
I'm providing that you should try to farm in turret or switch lanes with Top or bot.
Fizz counters all Champion with skillshots!

Items
In the beginning. he would need some Magic Resist. That's why you are using
your Glyphs to survive!
You start of with Boots and 3 Health Potions.
Farm so much as you can until you get 1295 Gold. When you get 1295 Gold. Recall for the first time and Buy 2x Doran's Ring and a Crystalline Flask. This will boost very much.
I've been seeing fizz build Rod of Ages as First build. But i prefer using Lich bane so he damage alot more to champions. I Prefer Buying Rod of Ages as Last build. Fizz can be very squishy at this time. But you won't need Rod of Ages for fizz because he is very small and you will use your E many times so you'll need no Rod of ages. Rabadons Deathcap and Deathfire Grasp will increase your Ability power and Buy Void staff if they buy Magic Resist! And Finally end with Hourglass so you have something really defensive!
Masteries
If you wonder why i use utility instead of Defense is because his E will take alot of mana
and if you want to stay in lanes more than ever, you'll need Mana regen.
