Hey guys, my name is Brandon and I have been playing League of Legends since Season 1, I then took a break and came back in the end of Season 2, and ever since then, there have been two champs that have caught my eye on how much fun they are. Those two champions being Vladimir and Draven!
I have about 1K games on Vladimir and he is definitely my favorite champ in the game, no other champ has a similar play style such as his. This is a very easy champ to carry with as well, even if you have people who are inting on you team, (although it does make it a bit tougher to carry.)

PRIMARY

Phase Rush
Phase Rush allows for Vladimir to gain extreme movement speeds, and is extremely easy to proc with Vladimir's kit. This also allows for you to gain speed with your empowered Q.


Nimbus Cloak
Nimbus Cloak paired with Phase Rush allows for Vladimir to gain extreme movement speed, working extremely well with your ult, allowing you to catch up with anyone you're chasing after.


Transcendence
Transcendence allows Vladimir to gain an easy 10% CDR when he hit level 10. CDR is a very important part that revolves highly around your kit, so this is required for you to hit 25% CDR without having to buy items.


Gathering Storm
Gathering Storm works very well with Vladimir, since he buys Deathcap. By the time you do have you Deathcap, it will be about 20+ minutes, you will have almost 500 AP, which means you will be doing a lot of damage, paired along with Sorcerer Boots and Oblivion Orb, you will be popping all of the squishy champions.

SECONDARY
Minion Dematerializer
Minion Dematerializer is an extremely good rune to take on Vladimir because not only does it help you take those pesky cannon minions, it gives you bonus damage towards the type of minion that you killed, meaning that you are able to last hit waves easier with your Q and E.


Cosmic Insight
Cosmic Insight allows for Vladimir to start out with an extra 5% CDR at the beginning of the game, which is definitely noticeable. Also, once you have your Protobelt built and you hit level 10, you'll have 25% CDR which allows you to efficiently use your combos in fights.

Cons
Has troubles farming early on
High cooldowns early
Hard champion to master
Champion easily countered by items such as Morellonomicon and Executioner's Calling

You want to max your Transfusion first because it allows you to sustain extremely easily and allows you to do more damage to the enemy whenever you are poking them with your empowered Transfusion. Then, you max your Tides of Blood which will allow you to do more damage and will help you clear out the minion waves quicker, due to the fact it is being paired with Minion Dematerializer. Then finish off by maxing your Sanguine Pool, while putting points into Hemoplague at the usual level 6, 11, and 16.
