This is only a fun build. Good for normals or if you want to e every 2 seconds.

The funniest about it, is that you still deal pretty much damage and you are able to 1 v 1 other players and ****. The best is when you get to fight a champ that is based on skillshots. He will never hit you, I garentee it. You can chase down very easily and also escape. If you get camped in early game, just try to get as much farm as you can. Your e will have a cd of 6 seconds, so you can just e double aa q double aa and until then you should have your e again.

You better dont do dis in ranked.

Le Pros:
- very fun to play
- you have very, very very very low cds. (example: e 6 secs and ult 30 secs)
- still pretty much dmg because of your penetration and somehow you will get to have over 300 ad
- no cop is ever gonna get you
- the build is easy to get, so if you fall behind there are always small pieces of the build that you can buy.
- getting randuins and the red pott will give you 2800 hp at lvl 18 and you will still have over 300 ad with pen O.o
- you wont need much attack speed because you got your passive every second
Le Cons:
- you are very squish as a top laner and as an adc you dont have much attack speed
- if you get focused hard, you are pretty much dead, except when you got flash and e
- you wont have lifesteal that gives you +200hp (only +50-70)
