The ultimate Twitch guide
my name is Tom and I play League since early season 2. I'm a Master tier Twitch main and I'd like to share my build with you and explain some matchups
I wrote this guide because I think there are a lot of bad Twitch guides out there. When you want to get into Twitch feel free to comment below.

Abilities and positioning
R: Spray n pray
Your Ultimate can deal a lot of damage in a very short time and delete entire enemy teams in a few seconds. Use it efficiently and only when you are in range of your enemy, because if you screw up with your ult you can't fight in teamfights. A good Ultimate can carry a fight even when you are not fed.
Builds in special matchups
Against Assassins and heavy burst (like Katarina mid, Riven top, Rengar jungle) I like to build a Guardian angel as 3. item and maybe later
Matchups
I like utility supports a lot. Since Twitch is a hyper carry with no escape spell you can be deleted fairly quick. Good positioning and most importantly a support who peels for you are required to succeed with this champion.
Tiwtch has good synergy with:
Janna,Soraka,Alistar,Nami,Ivern (jungle)
