When in lane, start e if your enemy mid laner has a lot of poke, then stack it 4 times to do lots of damage. If your lane opponent is melee or doesn't have much poke, start q and poke with tornado if you know you are safe from ganks.

Once you get your static shiv, you gain a small power spike. You have quite a bit of crit and you q cooldown lowers because of your attack speed. Bully your enemy mid laner if you know you can win the trade.

After you get your infinity edge you gain a huge *** power spike and can pretty much 4 shot their squishy members, but since you are quite squishy yourself, don't go too ham. After you have Static shiv, IE, and a BT, you have 2 shields already and can start to rape. Once you get Banshee's Veil ITS GG CUZ TRIPLE SHIELD OP.
