The Carrying Stomping build is focused on winning your lane the hardest you can and focusing on making heavy AP itens like Rabbadon and Mejai for and using that advantage for an easy win on every team fight.
It is a great option for Aurelion Sol 8.23 because impacting so much on that sonner as possible will be much more important after the towers rework.
On early/mid game Aurelion can easily solo carry the damage as long as there are people protecting him.
