Annoying champion, however, take ignite instead of exhaust to reduce some of her healing. Be careful of her silence and try to dodge her Q's. Focus her every chance you get and it's a guaranteed kill.
Sona
Very strong and annoying poke, but VERY Squishy. Land a hook and get a good follow up from your ADC and you can swipe a kill. Don't get too greedy.
Lux
Avoid her poke and her bindings. Much like Soraka and Sona. Very squishy and landed hooks can certainly mean kills.
Bard
Try to stay out of Bards Auto Attack and Q range. Try to stay away from walls, minions, and team mates as much as possible to avoid the binding from his Q.
Zilean
Relatively easy match up in lane as long as you and your ADC play very aggressive. Around Mid-Game when he starts to get his items, he will start to spam bombs. Try to avoid the double bomb stack as it will result in a stun.
Janna
Very squishy, but also has much CC. Her tornado will pop you up into the air and can be quite annoying and her slow will seem like it lasts for an eternity. Hooks and a Junglers assistance can guarantee kills.
Leona
Leona is a power house support. Protect your ADC from getting latched onto by her Zenith Blade. If she does latch on just flay her away so she can't stun.
Blitzcrank
Potentially a tough match up. Attempt to avoid his hooks and do your best to provide coverage for your team. No one wants a roaming Blitzcrank. You're going to have a bad time. If an ally gets pulled, use your lantern to try and bring them back to safety.
Brand
Squishy, but has a very long poke range. He can hit you with pillars from miles away and stun you from even farther. Play conservative and try to fight under your tower.
Nautilus
Try to win this lane early on. Nautilus has a kit full of CC. If put ahead early, he will steam roll over your team. Careful!
Tahm Kench
Beware of his combo. try to stay away from him and the enemy ADC as Tahm will try lick you and get 2 auto attacks off so he can eat you. Try and protect your ADC as much as possible.
Lulu
Has a lot of utility in her kit. She has a long ranged poke (her auto attack and her Q), her Polymorph immobilizes you from being able to attack for a few seconds, and she has a shield she can use on allies to give them attacks speed. This lane can be won but is very difficult.
Poppy
A very dangerous tank. Try to avoid walls as much as possible. If an ally gets caught by her stun, use your lantern to try and bring them back to safety.
Alistar
Alistar can be a pain in the butt. Reason being that if you land a hook and reactivate it, most Alistars will knock you up and head butt you back into their tower. His ultimate is also very strong. Just be careful of how and where you are engaging.
Zyra
She is able to use her plants to block your hooks. She also has some ridiculously stupid burst damages. Hooks and Junglers assistance should result in a kill
Volibear
Very dangerous tank especially if his passive is up. Try and pull him under tower for some extra damage.
Morgana
She has bindings that some how hit from the other side of the map and they last for a million years. With thunderlords on her, when she uses her Q-W combo, it does a stupid amount of damage. She also has a spell shield that can block your flay which could potentially be kind of annoying.
Nami
Make sure you and your ally are not close to each other. Her bubble can also be pretty annoying along with the damage buff. Stay separated and try not to get caught by her bubble.
Braum
A super tank that has an annoying passive. A very hard match up. The lane is winnable but you will have to make a few far fetched hooks to be able to do anything.
