Hey my name is Artur and I mainly play support on my Account on EUW. My ingame name is TheDeterminer and I'm currently Silver 5. When I discovered LoL I started playing Toplane. Moving towards lvl 30 I started to play ADC, mainly Jinx and Miss Fortune. Now I'm playing top, mid and support. I hope you don't judge me becasue of my elo, but bc of the quality of this Guide. This is also my first guide on mobafire. This guide is recommended for people who already played Thresh.

Pros:

+ Abilities can be used defensively and offensively
+ Good Mobility
+ Hard CC
+ Good Engage for Teamfights
+ Lantern Ganks

Cons:

- Hook can be dodged with e.g. a Spellshield
- Easy to learn, hard to master
- While trying to save allies W can be dodged by standing on it

Flash and Exhaust: Basic Support Spells

Basically you are going to get the usual Support Items.

Flat Magic Resist Glyphs: Good against heavy AP Supports like Karma, Orianna or Nidalee.

Flat Magic Resist + Scaling Magic Resist: Can also be picked but I recommend the scaling mr.

AD Marks: For better harras in lane.

Health Quints: Thresh Health got nerfed so these are really good on him.

Armor Seals: Better Sustain against enemy ADC.

The reason why I got 13 points into the defense and 17 points into Utility is because it works really great on him. You play really agressive on thresh, thats why u need the points in Utility.

At the start try to collect the souls from the red/blue, but make sure the jungler gets lvl 2.
In laning face its important to collect the souls altought its not worth it to collect a soul if the enemy can get free harass on you. You can also use your w to collect souls but its most likely not worth the cooldown and the mana.

Fight without jungler:

Level 3 - 6:
Q > Q (to dash to the enemy) > E (Towards you) > Exhaust

If your ADC gets peeled away from the enemy Support use your W to close the gap.
If they run away try to use your E to prevent them from getting away.

If you are low but still want to kill the enemy ADC use:
Q > Run towards him > E > Exhaust

Fight with jungler:

If you are one the purple side of the map its easy for you and your jungler to make a lantern gank (also works on the blue side). This only works if the enemy lane is pushed towards your Turret.

Standard Combo:

W > Flash to close the gap (While your jungler is dashing to you) > E > Exhaust

Another Combo (Hard to Master):

Q the ADC > Throw W to your jungler > Q again > E > Exhaust

After Level 6 you just have to use your ultimate before your E.

Playing Defensive:

If your ADC is in Trouble try to peel for him with your E or use your W if you are already in a safe positions. You Must throw your W a bit infront of your teammate and you shouldn't throw it on minions cause then its hard to click the lantern.

Flash over wall > Throw W
or
Q (to jungle or minion creeps) > Q again and throw ur W as fast as possible

In Midgame you are the one who engages the fights. Your target is most likely the ADC or the APC. Your standard combo will be

Q > Q > Exhaust > R > E > Flash out if you are low
Activate a Locket out of the Iron to give your allies a shield.

Activate TOA and Randuins Omen for engage if enemy has high mobility and is trying to escape.
You also can use these both items defensivly.

If the enemy starts a fight you can peel for your ADC or flash to close the gap to the enemy instead of using your Q.
Also try to use your W if a teammate gets ignited.
