Top Braum is going to be used a s bruiser/tank, so you need to make sure you keep a good eye on that health and mana(which is... for everybody). If you are going with he Conquerer rune, don't go in first at the start of the game, just pull the lane and take those sweet minions. Your opponent will be poking at you, so you'll respond with the Q poke. Once you are at level 3 and you have all the abilities, keep up the Q poke, and once they are slowed, go with basic attack-E-basic-basic-W(on your self) and return. the whole point of you going in is to have the most value when you trade abilities. With his E, you will be taking less damage, which means you have more health, leading to lane control and even a solo kill. In team fights, Q poke, wait for the opponent to initiate, respond with the ult, then E-basic-Q-basic-W(one of your teammates)
