Well, it's my first guide and I'm open to suggestions but please don't be super hateful if you don't like it. Constructive criticism is very nice and any ideas you have in order to better the guide are very much welcome.

I normally take cleanse and ghost because cleanse is honestly so underused and most people don't expect you to be able to just walk through all their cc. The best thing I hear is "Ignite counters Tryndamere when he ults," well, cleanse clears ignite and exhaust so whether you are escaping sudden death with one hp or ignoring their support's exhaust and destroying and ADC, cleanse is a very good take. Flash is great for positioning, but I prefer Ghost as the difference is flash = one hit, ghost = many hits.

Well, most people think that they can win without rushing Blade of the Ruined King. They are either really good or really stupid. Bork is not only great stat wise for Tryndamere, but the active practically guarantees a kill when comboed right with the rest of his moves. It can also be used when their insanely fast jungler comes in with his Powerball or other speed boost and you sap his speed. Zephyr is outrageously underrated, bonus 10% speed makes anyone fly across the map and with attack speed makes Tryndamere crazier to boot. Infinity Edge is an absolute must since you should be getting a critical hit EVERY SINGLE HIT. Phantom Dancer and Statikk Shiv are both cost effective items with high mobility and crit to guarantee that your enemies don't make it far.

I have done it plenty of times in ranked, used my team to bait while I solo baron. The only thing is that you'll need a Bloodthirster on top of your Bork in lifesteal and most likely have to be full build. I've done it when replacing the Zephyr with Bloodthirster, but I'd highly recommend replacing the Statikk Shiv]] instead since the Zephyr's stats are much better. The best part about soloing baron with this build is the fact that you don't even have to ult, I mean, it's relatively quick and I mean, how many champs do you actually solo baron with.

As you master Trydamere, many will complain in all chat that your ult is gay or that your kit is gay, I mean, it's a lot easier to complain about someone's champ when they spend most of their time counting down a timer that lets them respawn. Well, I guess that's that.
