Threats & Synergies
Do not attack Rammus, he will stack armor and you will kill yourself attacking him, personally I ban rammus when playing Tryndamere jungle.
His counter attack (E) can stop a lot of your autoattacks, it also stuns you so be aware of that. He can dish out a hefty amount of damage aswell. With conqueror he is more of a problem now.
Just be careful as he can chase you and deal a lot of damage in the process. He can also stun you quite often. You can win if he is not fed.
He has real good sustain, pre 6 he will easily beat you in a 1v1. post 6 you can beat him using your ultimate though he can still win with ease.
You will lose against her early game. Try not to 1v1 her unless you know her ult is down or until you have a few items. Her clear is fast, I play Shyvana quite often and most of the time against Tryndamere she can win or lose.
Cant do much against you. He might try to kill the dragon at level 3 so I suggest warding it and stick near bottom just in case.
I underestimated Kayn. He can beat you in a duel in both forms if your ultimate is down. You need to get him low and make him waste his ult in order to kill him. If you don't get his ult he will most likely use it when your using yours and kill you. Can go either way, just outplay him.
With Gragas's buffs in 8.7 it makes him more a threat if he is building AP. His burst is really good so keep that in mind. But you win in most situations.
Will not kill you in a 1v1, but with a teammate his CC can get you killed.
Cant do much against you. Just watch for her CC.
If you see Ezreal in the jungle try and get kills on him before he gets items and CDR. Mid game don't try to 1v1 and he can kite and damage you. Late game you can win easily.
Do not try to 1v1 him early game you will lose. Wait until you have a few items and ultimate before attempting to 1v1 him. He will lose to you late game and mid game if he gets behind.
With his buffs he is more of a threat. He can 1 shot you before you can press R. If he fails to 1 shot you it turns around and you win. Build a Randuins if he becomes a problem.
Voli becomes really tanky if he builds it. If his passive is up I would not try to fight him unless you have a lead. His W will absolutely shred you if he gets it off. This can go either way, just be smart about it. Pre 6 he wins hands down.
Just kill her before she kills you. After 6 I don't see how you can lose unless shes fed.
Camille is not seen too often, but if she is in the jungle she will give you a run for your money. Play with caution, get a lead on her and you will win. She is really weak early game, try to abuse that, once she has trinity force or 2-3 items, she can destroy you if your not ahead.
If your ult is down you will probably die.
This monkey has been hurting a lot recently. He can challenge you easily without your ult and could even kill you after your ult has ended meaning kill him before he gets you.
Try and bait out his Q, even then you will struggle to get him. Try to avoid him.
He can be really tanky when he builds it, he can do loads of damage if he builds it, if your low hp run away. Mr. Noob here doesn't care he will ruin your day.
This guide is a work in progress and I will try my best to make it better and keep it updated.
Update #1: Runes have been changed, found a stronger option in runes!
Update #2: In 8.6 Conquer was released, it has really synergy with tryndamere and will provide a lot of damage. Runes have been updated.
Update #3: Updated and added some new champions to the champion threat list.
Update #4: General item update.
- You sustain well in jungle and have a good clear speed.
- You can 1v1 most champions in the game.
- Late game is where you shine.
- You can split push very well.
- Great mobility.
- CC literally kills you and you become useless
- Anyone who can slow you consistently, out run you or kite you is a problem.
- Your early game is not the best.
- Certain champions like Rammus and Jax (Champions that can stop a lot of auto attack damage) can really mess you up.
You have to take smite to jungle, nothing else.
Flash personally is by far the best, it gives tryndamere a second chance to escape death if his E is not enough.
If you are confident go for it as it will give you some really good kill potential. If you are getting invaded it could easily give you the advantage.
Your passive (Battle Fury) is easy to understand, every time you hit a target with an auto attack you will get 5 Fury, if it is a critical hit you get 10 Fury. When being out of combat for 8 seconds you will lose 5 Fury every second.
Try and keep your Fury as high as you can best at 100 of course as it will give you between a 0-35% chance to crit depending on how much fury you have.
Tryndameres Q (Bloodlust) is what your going to be maxing out first. You gain additional attack damage and you get additional attack damage for every 1% of your health missing. You can press Q (Bloodlust) to consume your fury and heal yourself, the more fury you use up to heal yourself the more it will heal.
Tryndameres W (Mocking Shout) will reduces a enemies attack damage, if there back is turned it will slow them as well. Useful for ganking if a opponent is trying to run away.
Tryndameres E (Spinning Slash) is a dash. It is a skill shot based dash so you can to aim where to go with it. It deals damage and does more damage based on how much attack damage you have. The cooldown of this abilities is reduced by 1-2 seconds for every critical strike you do.
Overall a great ability for Tryndamere since it gives you mobility. Also you can use this to dash through walls, so its like a second flash.
Tryndameres Ultimate (Undying Rage) Will stop you from dying for 5 seconds. And yes that is quite a long time in a fight. Once your ultimate has been used you will also get 50-100 fury depending on how many points you have in your ultimate.
