Introduction
So, without further delay let's get on the Masteries
So, Masteries. mmhhhh the sweet masteries. Honestly season 5 masteries were good on tryndamere, but with the new masteries that came with patch 5.22 it make our barbarian king become litterally a god without restriction.
So, here i'll be going over the important masteries to get this build to work. so as like the good old tryndamere we take Fury, Double-Edge Sword, as more damage is always good. We also take lifesteal for the early game advantage that it provide as we dont have enough crit to sustain from only that in the early game. We then take Battering Blows to get Armor Penetration which is always good. We THEN take the most IMPORTANT of this build : Wardlord Bloodlust ! Because it give you everything you need to survive and to let you build full crit/damage on tryndamere. Now, for those didn't tryndamere passive give him 35% FREE critical chance when he has 100 fury (which is 0,35% of Critical Chance per fury). so its mean that at lv.1 and with a full fury bar, you got 35% chance to get 20% attack speed and to heal for 15% of your damage. Now tryndamere gain Attack Damage from his Q in a passive manner, meaning the lower he is on health, the more Attack Damage he will gain.
Now the Defensive tree, we take the armor and magic resistance for a little bit of tankyness, we take though skin to take less damage early game and vs ranged champion that use a lot of auto attack (hello ADC !) we then take Runic Armor which amplifies all the healing we get including the healing from Warlord Bloodlust and all the lifesteal we'll get with item but also from you health regeneration.

Now the Runes. Most of you would think : meh... he got now Attack Damage mark, well, true, but instead we got critical damage rune, which multiply our AD by the amount of critical damage we got. which late game is just awesonme. In the early game, it will also be ok because tryndamere is the champion that gain the most Base AD at every level if you take your q spell before everything else. Basically at lv.1 and with full Fury, you'll get :
your Base AD + AD from your q spell.
but then, you multiply that by the amount of crit you have and you do that 35% of the time without item, which, in the early game is a lot. Plus you'll heal yourself doing so and if that doesnt work out for you, you still got lifesteal from masteries.
We also take Glyph of scaling magic resist and Seal of scaling health because let's face it tryndamere is a late game champion and the scaling are better than the flat ones late game.

For your spell priority we take our q first because it provide both a heal and passive attack damage the lower you are on health. we then take the Balafre for gapclosing or escaping from our enemies. we also take Moquerie as our 3rd spell to give us a mean to mitigate damage from AD champion and/or to chase them down if they turn around and run. We also take our ultimate each we got the chance to.
As Item Simply Refer to what i put into the beginning of the guide and you'll be fine. Just buy what you need for your given situation. If anything i'll state that most of the time you'll want Mortal Reminder, but if you're against a team with a lot of tank and you really want to smash them to pieces, well you can then take Lord's Dominik Regards to get more damage on them. I also advice you to take cull to get a gold advantage as you progress through the game or if you're late in gold compsre to you oponnent. Because more gold = More Items and More item builded faster, which most of the time can be resume to a "win your lane" type of item.
