So here is my own personal build for Twisted Fate. This is a generic build focusing on AP Damage and getting rid of your opponent before the gold card ends. I will explain the "combo" in a diffrent chapter but for now i will explain his Abilities.

Loaded Dice Upon killing a unit, Twisted Fate rolls his dice, gaining from 1 to 6 bonus gold. Naturally, Twisted Fate has a higher chance to receive a larger bonus. This will help Twisted Fate in farming so he can quickly get his items before his opponent.
Wild Cards Twisted Fate throws 3 cards forward in an arc, dealing magic damage to enemies they pass through. This ability has a very high range and his primary poke ability in lane.
Pick A Card When first activated, cards flash over Twisted Fate's head in the following order: blue, then red, then gold (this cycle repeats itself). When he uses the ability again, he picks the current card over his head; the card picked converts his next basic attack within 6 seconds to deal magic damage and add a special effect. Twisted Fate has 6 seconds to select a card. Blue Card gives mana and does highest damage, Red Card does AoE damage and AoE Slow, Gold Card stuns the target and does the least damage.
Stacked Deck Twisted Fate gains bonus attack speed, and every fourth basic attack will deal bonus magic damage.
Destiny reveals all enemy champions, including stealthed champions, for a duration. After a 0.5 second delay, Twisted Fate can use Gate once, while Destiny is active. Gate will teleport Twisted Fate to the targeted area after a 1.5 second chanell.

For Summoner Spells i primaroly use Flash and Ignite. Ignite to help TF re-position and Ignite to help early game with kills since TF does not have high damage early game to take on a opponent. If you are going to go Top I would switch Ignite for Teleport since its a very nice item to help with ganking on the entire map when ultimate is on cooldown.

Lich Bane goes along with Pick A Card dealing more damage along with the card you chose.
Deathfire Grasp is extremely usefull for TF. Once u teleport and stun your target use it and the rest of your abilities. It will deal HUGE damage and most likely killing your target.
Rabadon's Deathcap is just there for more AP. Beacuse the more the marier.
Void Staff gives bonus Magic Penetration cause you to deal more damage with your abilities.
Zhonya's Hourglass is a item that gives 120 AP plus a life saving ability. You can cast all of your abilities and use Zhonyas. It can help you get the cooldown's back just in time to use your abilities and finish your enemy off, or run for your life.

When attacking first pick the Gold Card. Once u have the gold card cast Deathfire Grasp and Wild Cards folowed by basic attacks. This will probably kill any squishy enemy and not give them time to react. When beign chased attack with a stun and Q and keep doing that until the enemy tops chasing or you kill them. You are realy squishy so be carefull.

To summarise Twisted Fate is a underplayed Champion which has high damage and Amazing push/wave clear. He can win his lane and even win your allie's lane if there not doing well. Twisted Fate can attack any lane at any given time if he pleases with his ultimate and you cant do nothing about it but run, beacuse you know he is there with the gold card ready to strike. This is my First guide and i hope it helps someone.
