Ok, first of all by no means am I some challenger EUW spacegliding twitch legend.

I'm a hardstuck silver twitch player and aiming for platinum next season (what a funny joke i know). I made this guide mainly for myself to improve and update as I learn more about Twitch and his capabilities. However, that does not mean i wouldn't appreaciate your guys's opinions and would love to see recommendations on builds or anything to do with twitch (not him naked pls).

Im guessing the majority of the people reading this have already played twitch so you guys should have a basic idea of how his abilities work. Just gonna drop some helpful tips that each ability has and how it can help in certain situations.

His q ability is terrible.

Im joking, its not his q ability allows him to go temporarily camoflauged this is super useful in a TON of situations. NOT ONLY does his q make you camoflauged but it also gives you an increase in attack speed after you either aa out of it or it runs out. The movement speed increase is also a super helpful tool, and with that the great things about his Q ability are.

For Example:

Running Away from fights

Engaging in fights
Running up/down river to kill the mid laner or jungler

Being all sneaky when you come back to lane (ofc ur fast asf)

More attack speed means more damage which means more killing.

HOWEVER, his q ability does have a radius which still means he can be seen if he gets to close to an enemy champ. This means you cannot simply walk up to the enemy team get in their face and emote (I know you want to).

Lets be honest the majority of you will already know that you can and cant do with his q abilities cast time, but for those of you who dont.

YOU CAN GO INTO Q STEALTH AND HIT A BLAST CONE AND REMAIN IN STEALTH, ik broken right. (im joking)

In theory (you can do this if youre good) its possible to aa twice before the Q animation puts you into stealth.

If you dont agree with the name ive given his W, clearly you have champ voicelines muted.

Twitch is literally from the sewers so his W, its a piss puddle whether you like it or not.

Now onto the more imporant stuff, his W ability is a slow, yes a slow, it slows ur enemies. It scales with AP, and guess what happens when you build ap in synergy with ur W max level, IT SLOWS (can be up to 100%).

Use the W when:

Ur engaging on a champion, it allows you to get a quick posion stack onto the enemy before you start aa.

When engaging the W helps to slow the enemy which will allow you to get more aa's in as they run through it.

ZONE OFF THE ENEMY TEAM, twitch's W is great because you can use it to block of walkways and force you opponents to walk through them in order to get past.

Your W can also be used when you are running away, throw down his little piss puddle and watch ur enemies mald when they can't catch up to you.

His E sucks the soul out of the enemy.

Im joking it doesn't, well it could (if you wanted it to ;), basically all it does it do a chunk of damage based on the amount of passive stacks you have inflicted on the enemy. THIS MAXES OUT AT 6 STACKS, in short only aa six times before you use e to maximise damage.

Your E will have a certain radius in which you can extract the posion from, MAKE SURE YOURE IN RANGE, otherwise you will not be able to use e and the enemy will get away.

TOP TIP:
In certain situations it much easier to only use r to do damage instead of wasting time and casting your E. In short only use your E once your ult cooldown is finished or if the enemy is leaving ult range to inflict max damage.

The name is deadly venom.

With the AP build this name 100% fits.
AD build not so much.

YOUR PASSIVE SCALES WITH AP, more ap means more true damage each second based on the stacks applied to the enemy.

With AD twitch dont get me wrong the passive can still help you get a kill, however in most cases this is unlikely to happen as it simply doesnt do enough damage. The passive does work on minions too so it can help with csing :).

his ult.

Twitch's ult is something special, it gives you both AD AND RANGE. Wow riot really went out of their way for this ability.

Okay im joking, whilst it sounds very basic it is actually a very useful tool for an adc like twitch as it allows him to space away from the enemy whilst still dealing insane amounts of damage. His ultimate also has a sort of splashback effect in which each bolt will hit enemies behind the one you are attacking (if close enough).

Why shouldnt you?

1. He is a rat, who doesnt love rats.
2. He gets you *****es, lets be honest we play league of legends here and its pretty rare for us to even talk to someone of the opposite sex, however, you play one game of twitch INSTANTLY *****es come swarming around you asking you to glide for them or for you to say the voicelines.
3. He is very good in soloq, the majority of the time you will have some drooling, circus acts for teammates but twitch holds the potential to wake those losers up and realise that the game is winnable. Twitch holds great 1v9 potential and has so far given me great success in my soloq games (ik im silver stfu).
4. Listen to SkillCapped, they literally put Twitch in OP tier for the most recent patch (12.22).
5. dont listen to point no.5 just ****ing play him already (we <3 skillcapped)
