Twitch is one of the best counter for Vayne, you can easy outtrade Vayne in like every stage of the Game with your E. As long as Twitch doesnt get cc'd he pretty much can't lose this lane. Vayne is one of the absolute squishiest ADCs in the game. Because of this, your poison passive will wreak havoc on her health, so use this to your advantage as you poke
Varus
Tristana
Push the lane to her tower. Tristana has trouble with farming under the turret, because of Explosive Shot's passive effect.Try to bait her to use her Rapid fire and then back off. It has a long cooldown so wasting it will give you an advantage
Caitlyn
Cait is gonna out range you. Avoid the traps, and being poked down. wait for your moment and burst her down
Sivir
Each of Twitch's abilities are fairly instantaneous and provide an incredibly small time frame in which Sivir can use her Spell Shield. She can still try to preemptively negate your abilities, but her Spell Shield shouldn't be a problem against you
Ezreal
Twitch will win most extended trades due to his passive damage. Try not to take really short trades where Ezreal can land Q's and back off. You will win pretty much everytime
Jhin
Kog'Maw
pressure him when the laning phase begins. make trades with him when he walks up to farm. After level 3 avoid him when he uses W and fight him after it goes on cool down.
Ashe
Stay close to but not directly in between dispersed waves of creep to ensure maximum protection against Ashe's slowing Volley
Xayah
Jinx
inx does not do well against hard engage and champs that hit hard early. She is very lackluster until lvl6 due to her Q not having enough points. Caster ADC give her a hard time early but she will win the game if you can't focus her and she isn't far behind. You have 2 options when picking against a jinx, go for an early game champion and hope you can snowball an advantage, or pick a carry that is equal in terms of late game. A lot of Jinx's harass comes from AA so if you and your support position well she will get very little harass off. The thing is though she can punish extremely hard with her W and E. If she throws chompers behind you it forces an all in most circumstances. Just realize that if you go in on her you need to commit unless she miss uses chompers. Personally Jinx matchups have been fairly hit or miss. Sometimes I straight stop her, others I hold ground only to have her get fed later
Kai'Sa
Statistically this is a disadvantage. However I seem to have little problem with kai'sa. Avoid the void caller and then engage and you should usually win
Draven
When you see him walk forward into a assault posture goad him into using his E which then you throw your W and run, don't even auto. Once he reaches the end of your W or tries to retreat turn on him with a Q into auto E quickly and you win the trade. Focus on farming and win ou the late game
Lucian
Lucian wins lane in this matchup, unless the support is better for you. Vs Lucian you need BotrK Twitch because after Lucians burst rotation, you have the upper hand. BotrK lets you survive the burst cycle.
You need to deny him getting double shots off if you can, and if he chases through minions then you can cask and apply your passive for an expunge.
Miss Fortune
Play Safe farm avoid the double tap
Leona
Leona has the peel twitch hlacks. With three hard CC's and armor to boot she is definitely a pairing that twitch loves. Leona does lack healing making laning a bit more difficult
Nami
Man I love a good nami. She has everythign twtich needs in a support, CC, healing, on hit damage and a speed boost. With a good nami, you dont have much to fear in lane save a 4-5 man gank.
Lulu
Lulu is another wonderful matchup for twitch. Same as nami she has the healing shield and speed bonus. She lacks the CC that nami has however a lulu ult in a team fight on you can mean the difference between a half second assassination and a winning teamfight for your team.
Blitzcrank
Blitz is always a wonderful in lane supp. He has that early kill potential with his grab and knock up that proves deadly to most adc at early levels. However outside of that he doesnt do much for you. Use his early game threat to push the enemy off cs and get a few early kills.
Thresh
This is definitely a synergy that depends on the support. If you have a good thresh you will have a wonderful time. If you don't good luck
Alistar
Alistar is a wonderful matchup. With his charge and knockup he has the CC to peel for you and his passive provides some great in lane healing. The onl;y reason hes not in the ideal category is because alistar has an annoying habbit of knocking the adc of of your range.
Bard
Braum
Hes got great peel, can easily come to your rescue, but at a low elo level finding a braum whos skilled enough to carry you through your early game.
Janna
Lux
Be prepared to struggle actually getting kills
Morgana
A root that lasts 5ever.
Sona
Decent all around, but nothing amazingly good
Soraka
You rarely have to worry about health late game.
Zilean
Tahm Kench
Annie
Brand
Fiddlesticks
All gonna depend on the fiddle skill level
Nautilus
Rakan
A weak heal, high mobility, and peel.
Zyra
You will loose most of your in lane kills
