It's simple. Renekton is a great bruiser with a lot of lifesteal and movement. What's great about Renekton is that if the enemy ADC is stunned, Very often they are forced to waste flash or barrier to survive. His engage is great, Not only he's good to fight 2v2 but he's also a great tank in lategame teamfights (in case your toplaner picks something squishy like teemo, heimerdinger etc.)

Well, I'd say it's more of a "Off-Meta" Pick, Because it can work. I do not recommend using this on High elo ranked. I myself play this for fun on drafts. Please do not ruin your teammates ranked by picking this.

In Low Elo, This is an actual beast. Because which ADC knows how to counter a Renekton ADC... People just don't expect it. Even in the draft picking, they are not sure what they are playing against. This is a great champ to confuse your enemies.

This is a cheesing tactic, I know. But...

You and your support (preferably a mage like Lux or Xerath, Or anything that has a good poke and a stun) go to the 3rd bush on bot (the one that is the closest to the enemy turret) and just wait. When they come to lane and begin to farm, Your Support has to poke or stun the ADC or Supp and you're ready to poke.


I doub that you'll be able to kill on level one, Because at the point where the enemy gets stunned, They are probably gonna start running away.. But a big poke is great to punish your enemies in early.

Renekton can also gets punished very easily. His low range makes him very easy to poke by champions with a massive range and a good playing support.

You as Renekton have to use your Dashes as an advantage and start random fights, Dash through the enemy minnions and stun the enemy ADC, If your support is your premade he should follow along to do the biggest damage.
