Threats & Synergies
Ashe heavily out ranges kaisa, and her slow passive makes you unable to run away from her if she tries to take a trade. You can barely farm without her poking you and she takes approach velocity to make her even faster with chases, so kaisa can only wait under tower and scale until 3 items where she can kill ashe and be useful. Also ashe is a lane bully which kaisa doesn't normally do well against anyway.
Cait is the same as ashe, a hard lane bully that out ranges her by far so that she has a hard time csing and scaling how she would like to. Unlike ashe however kaisa can escape decently easily from cait, and sometimes with the correct support you can just all in the cait before she has bf sword and out damages you. Also, cait can stay back in teamfights and use her traps to just be more useful than you, shes a very hard counter to kaisa and she scales with crit so shes always scaling at the same time as kaisa.
Jhin, like cait, scales with crit so he can outscale kaisa if he plays correctly, and can dot he same as cait and stay far back in fights so he doesnt die and is more useful than you. He's also a lane bully that out ranges you, which is the general trend of what beats kaisa, so hes hard to play against early AND late, but the mid game is okay so you can delay him scaling then.
Weather shes adc or support, her early game is a problem as she can poke with no issues with grasp and her healing, but her late game is really annoying too from the scaling range and crit chance. Its very hard for a kaisa to outplay a good senna if youre even, however in early game if you have an engage support like leona, you can normally just all in her and kill her and outscale her by delaying hers and not letting her poke you by just killing her instead.
Leona can easily cc lock you, and she can even 1v1 you at level 6 if she just has ignite and youre even in lane. Shes not an extreme threat tho as shes easy to peel from and you can build banshees, qss or just take cleanse and then dodge the rest of her cc.
All hooks are a problem, but mainly blitzcrank and thresh as blitz will silence you so you cant ult or e away from him and dodge his hook, he can confirm a kill on you and is very big problem early which is bad as kaisa just wants to scale till 3 items.
Thresh is the same as blitz as he can walk up to you, ulti and flay, he can also flay you out of ulti and his massive slows make pre level 6 a really hard game to play, also because lantern brings jg in for dives or just gank in general.
Her early game is a problem as her level 2 all in is deadly, but past that and level 6 its a completely fine lane. However her range scales and she builds crit so when shes 100% crit and level 18, its hard to kill her in teamfights but 1v1 youre fine against her as long as you ult around her w and for her e damage proc.
Early game is hard from his early dominance, but mid and late game is free for kaisa to just stomp as long as draven isnt ahead you will win.
Her scaling is the same as kaisas, but she has a slightly better early game. However if kaisa hits her w on vayne, then you win the fight. So just be cautious. You also only win fights if shes isolated, so dont take fights in waves and ensure you can hit your w on her or you will lose from her spammable invis.
A good morgana is a problem as black shield blocks a lot of your damage with passive or w, and if she hits q on you youre dead. But you can dodge the q easily with e or just build banshees. Also you can ult and e out of her ulti and youre safe from her, just be sure to dodge the q.
Braum's passive synergises very well with kaisa, as it stuns for her to hit her w and proc her own passive after swiftly procing his with hail of blades. It allows for short burst trades that you can get out of easily and not take much damage with braums e, however you can also normally just all in somebody at the point of procing passive quickly and still having them stunned, so braum is very good. He can also tank or block hooks and is very good with peel from assassins.
Senna can safely poke the enemy all lane and let kaisa just farm, this is ideal for both of them as it lets each other scale comfortably and outscale the enemy laners and eventually be more useful from it.
Poly and ulti and e for peel, while giving more attack speed and movement speed and damage with the shield. Shes good for poking early and can safely get out, lulu is the best enhancer for kaisa and imo just in general.
Nami's healing and sustain is very nice in lane for when you take trades as kaisa has short range and is bound to take some damage from a trade, so nami heals it back up. Her ms passive is nice for kiting enemies and her e with kaisa's q gives a lot of damage especially when isolated, and kaisa can hit someone with her w, get nami's e and then ult in to assassinate someone with the extra damage and slow provided. However nami is also squishy and can just be bursted down as well, so shes good but not the best.
Yuumi's healing makes lane phase survivable and because she's attached to you she always comes with you if you ulti to someone to pick them out, meaning you can go for more risky plays.
Her healing makes carrying and 1v9ing when you get ahead very easy, but she can just be one shot as she's squishy and cant peel herself.
Her shield is nice but kaisa's ad scalings arent the best so any other enhancer is just better. Her poke is nice but its still just worse than a nami or lulu for kaisa.
The tankiness and peel is really nice, but taric is weak early and so is kaisa so its very possible to just get stomped early with him, but if you make it past early game its a very good combo.
Karma's shield and ms increase are really nice for kiting especially when ahead, and her poke allows for free farming as the enemy adc normally cant deal with it. However she has no healing without athene's so extended trades dont go very well with her.
