Threats & Synergies
Very Strong Early especially with a CC support ( leona ). Try to play safe, ask jungler for help and once your ahead, you should be good.
Lots of damage with her plants. Try dodge her Root with Q.
Lots of dashes and is pretty good in lane. Play safe, don't forget his E!
Out Ranges you! She is squishy though so try cc her. ( boots early could help! )
Out Ranges you and slows your with basic attacks. Try stay behind minions so her W doesn't hit you ( boots early can help you! )
4! watch out! Try not to get cc by his W or E and don't get hit by his 4th shot. Try engage on him when he is reloading!
Pretty even. Try not to get hit my her cc ( W or E ). She is squishy and has no escape. Remember her Q ( rocket form ) and R is AOE! Be aware.
Even match up. Remember her E is pretty long CD early and her range is short.
He is perfect with Vayne. His Q and E combo is great as it pulls enemies next to walls or Vayne also stunning the enemies with his E giving Vayne time to put in some basic attacks and time to E people into walls.
Shes very good ( if she can hit her Q and time her E perfectly ) ! her E is a great when versing cc heavy Bot lane as Vayne is squishy and usually targeted. Combined with her Q, this allows Vayne to position herself and E the enemy into a wall
Thresh is pretty good with Vayne. Thresh can Hook enemies and pull/push them. Thresh is good because of his Q and E as he can bring the enemy towards walls and thresh can also save you from getting killed easily
Yuumi is an okay support to have but it can be tough for Vayne as Vayne is a squishy champ and Yuumi can't poke/cc as much as other supports

Firstly, i want to point out that i am not a OTP on Vayne sadly. Although, i tend to play her a lot as u do have her prestige skin, icon and Vayne is also my top mastery champion
EFFECT RADIUS: 2000
Passive: Vayne gains Movement speed 30 bonus movement speed when moving towards a nearby visible enemy champion.
Final Hour : Night Hunter's bonus movement speed is tripled to 90.
TARGET RANGE: 300
COST: 30 Mana
COOLDOWN: 4 / 3.5 / 3 / 2.5 / 2
Active: Vayne Dash dashes forward, though not through terrain, and her next basic attack within 7 seconds deals Attack damage bonus physical damage.
Bonus Physical Damage:
50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70% AD
Tumble resets Vayne's basic attack timer.
Final Hour Final Hour: Tumble's cooldown is reduced by 50%, and Tumble turns Vayne invisible for 1 second on-cast.
Passive: Vayne's basic attacks and Condemn apply a Silver Bolts stack for 3.5 seconds, up to 3 times. Attacking a new enemy removes all stacks from the previous target.
The third stack consumes them all to deal Hybrid penetration bonus true damage, with a minimum threshold, and capped at 200 against monsters.

Key Rule - PLAY SAFE!!! Always watch what is happening! You never know whats going to happen!
Laning with Vayne can be difficult if you don't know what your doing therefore you will need to look out for OPENINGS of your opponent! Watch if you opponent is against a wall, Proc a long CD ability ( Waste ) or if they are not positioned right. That's your time to move and try to get your 3rd W stack to Proc on the enemy.
If the enemy try to push you, try to back off and let minions do damage to them as early game you do not win many trades. Vayne is a character that relies on being PATIENT and not rushing to farm cs or to out trade the opponent.
Don't forget that you have a support too. Supports also have a big impact in your lane. Always try to communicate with your support so you can engage together properly. There's a lot of strategies you can do with your supports. E.g Try to bait opponent into the open for hook, position yourself and the support to make the enemy move closer to walls, combo with their abilities etc.
Getting cs with Vayne is not too hard. Try to Use your W to last hit and secure minions. When CS'ing cannon, try to get 2 W stacks on cannon then Q and wait until the cannon is 6th of its health then basic attack. The 2 basic attack and then Q basic attack combo is great for getting CS although it should not be done often ( Try not to push Aggressively )
